This top floor unit has it all! 10 Acres of property with two heated out door pools/hot tubs and a fresh water lake with gazebo. This family owned unit has a spectacular view of the Gulf and Pool! Our newly decorated unit sleeps six with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a new queen futon sofa bed. There are two captains bunks in the kids alcove! Our unit is completely upgraded as a second home with decorator furnishings throughout! SORRY NO PETS, NO SMOKING! The barbecue area, swimming pool and boardwalk to the beach are located on the ground level directly below the Condo.

Take a morning jog or walk (a fourth of a mile) to the Johnson Beach National Seashore, the " JEWEL" of Perdido Key. Walk, jog, drive or bike the two and a half miles of paved road to see the real beauty of the Key. For the adventurous, walk the last two and a half miles of unspoiled beach to the ruins of Fort McRae a historic military fort built in the 1800's. Perdido Key is 64% protected State and Federal natural wildlife preserves.

Our Condo is within minutes of Lost Key Golf Course, Charter Fishing, The Naval Air Museum and Naval Air Station the home of the Famous "Blue Angels Flight Team." Perdido Key has many fine shops and Restaurants. Be sure to enjoy Florida's local seafood restaurants, some within walking distance of our Condo.
