  My friend and I needed a peaceful and relaxing beach getaway for the weekend. Tom's place was just what the doctor ordered! Everything was just as advertised. The condo was clean, comfy, roomy and fully stocked with all the supplies we needed. The view from the lanai was great. Beds were comfortable.Technology worked well. Tom was so prompt and helpful. I loved the fact that we could get in with a keypad code and didn't have to worry about meeting someone to get a key. We stayed in most of the weekend, but there are plenty of places nearby to eat just down A1A. I highly recommend this peaceful, beautiful getaway. We will be back!!

  My husband and I made a quick trip to Ormond Beach to visit an ill relative. We needed a place to decompress after our daily visit. This was the perfect spot as we could walk on the beach and look at the water from the balcony. The Condo was well maintained and was exceptionally clean. The owner went above and beyond as far as customer service. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Frappes North! I would highly rec this property!

  We really enjoyed our stay the location was perfect everything we needed , the beach right across the street ,the pool and the balcony, the views .The property was quiet and well kept as was the condo like home away from home, Tom was so easy to deal with, made for an overall very pleasant experience We would highly recommend this condo Jeff & Michelle

  Friends and I spent a long weekend at the condo. It is brightly decorated in a beach theme, very well furnished and equipped, and immaculately clean. The living area and master bedroom are larger than they appear in the pictures. The complex is extremely clean and well maintained, and the pool is delightful. The location is terrific, a quiet area just north of the central part of Ormond Beach. Publix and others shops, etc. are just a short drive from the condo. We crossed a two lane road and were immediately walking the beach and riding/jumping waves. You will not find a better owner to rent from than Tom. He answers emails and returns calls promptly and honors reasonable requests. He is truly eager to make his renters have a wonderful time in the condo and area.

  It was an excellent place to spend our vacation. The Condo is very good and the location is great. You are a few steps from the beach. If you are too tired of salt water and sand, the swimming pool is nice, clean and very well kept. The condo has everything you need if you decide to have some meals at home. Good restaurants are at a walking distance or short drive. Looking for some more options of entertainment? A few minutes drive and you will be at Daytona beach. And the time driving to the parks in Orlando is pretty decent too. Thanks Tom for your hospitality. We hope we will be back next year.

  My wife's first statement when we arrived was "This place looks better than the pictures online!" This condo is very comfortable. And everything you could need is there. From an fully stocked kitchen to beach equipment. The owners were very helpful and courteous. We had a great time on the beach and did not have to worry about privacy, dealing with crowds or vehicles. It truly is a private beach, during our stay we only had company one time on the beach and it was a neighbor there and he was quite friendly. The last morning there I was watching the sunrise from the balcony and saw a couple of dolphins pass by. That was great. We have two girls, 4 and 7. The kids room was great for them. They enjoyed the movies and toys. And the master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed. We all hated to leave. We are looking forward to our next visit to Ormond. And yes we will definately be coming back to stay at the ocean tondo! Next time I think we will skip Orlando and Disney World and stay the whole time here! The Holcombes

  We have rented several condos over the years in this general location. This was absolutely the nicest, cleanest and best maintained condo we have ever rented. The location is great, with a great view of the ocean and easy beach access. The pool was very nice. All appliances were very clean. The large-screen TV was great! We also appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys that were available. The owners did a great job of providing clear information and instructions. Kevin & Nancy Crosby

  We loved our stay at the Ocean Tondo. The accommodations were exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean, comfortable and made us feel immediately at home. The boys thought "their" room had been designed just for them, with ample sleeping options and a PlayStation right in the room. The kitchen was completely stocked and made it easy to prepare a quick meal before heading out to the beach or the pool. We spent a considerable amount of time sitting on the balcony, enjoying both pool and ocean views. A quick walk across the street and we were ready for swimming, building sand castles and seashells. There were a variety of restaurants and shops within a couple of miles. It was an easy drive into the Daytona Beach area, where we found even more options for dining and shopping. It was a terrific week and we would recommend our experience to anyone looking for both a relaxing time and an adventure. Thanks so much!

  Tom & Shannon's condo is exactly as described. If you like walks on the beach, walks to the Intercoastal, watching dolphins from your balcony, or just walking to Betty's for dinner, then this is the place for you. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. It was nice to be able to park your car in the garage. No keys to worry about losing with the touch pad entry. We've already booked their condo for next year and can't wait to return.

  We have loved the first two weeks of our three month stay at Shannon & Tom's wonderful beach condo. When we arrived everything was as pictured on the website, very tidy and clean. Wonderful ocean views from the windows and we love walking the beach, along the river road and exploring the area. Shops and restaurants are close enough to walk to - can't wait to try Alfie's and Betty's - two nearby restaurants. Have quite a lot on our "to do" and "to see" list but with three months there will be lots of time. Before we rented Tom called and was so helpful with information - even had a phone installed so we could keep in touch with family and friends at home in Canada and California. Tom even offered to purchase anything we might need for our stay but the condo is well stocked and very spacious - everything you could possibly want is in the kitchen. One of the perks we didn't expect was the car wash area just steps from the garage - terrific for washing the salt spray from the car after driving along the beach highway. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this vacation home for anyone wanting a short get-away or long term holiday. My husband now thinks he would like at 55" Hdtv at home - we'll see!
