This newly refurbished flat, bright and spacious is located on the fifth floor (with lift) of an upmarket purpose built block.


The block is located within 3 minutes walk from Belsize Park tube station (Northern line).



This reserved and exclusive block is beautifully maintained and staffed 24/7 by friendly and helpful porters.

It is very well located for transportation into London being close to Belsize Park tube station and also within 10 minutes walking distance to Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee line).

The block is surrounded by beautiful and large private gardens, exclusively available to the residents. Through the seasons the gardens change with a spectacular display of flowers all through the summer. Squirrels reside in the gardens and can be seen leaping through the tree branches in the spring and summer.

The local high street, Haverstock Hill, is populated with fashionable shops, cafes and restaurants with the addition of the plush Screen on the Hill cinema.
Ten minutes walk away you will find the famous Hampstead Heath, the largest area of natural woodland in London and a short walk or bus ride up the hill will take you to Hampstead village, a beautiful historical neighbourhood also enjoying upmarket shopping, superb dining and elegant cafés.
The large and spacious bedroom contains a luxury bed (VI Spring), a dressing table, ample storage in the fine fitted cupboards, a bureau and a chaise-longues.
The lounge is bright and airy with large windows, a fire-place, a sofa bed, fine dining table and chairs, two comfortable arm chairs, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a CD player.
The kitchen has a double oven, microwave oven, toaster and kettle, a washing machine and a full set of pots and pans. Provided are also quality sets of crockery and cutlery, wine glasses and tableware.
The bathroom has a very large and luxuriant bath with continuous hot water supplied centrally and with strong pressure.
Fine bed linen and towels are supplied.

High-speed internet wifi connection is included.

The flat is a family owned holiday flat in immaculate condition and has everything you expect for a comfortable stay. It is your home away from home in London.

                The apartment is apartment is large, gracious, bright and very comfortable. It location is prime, a very nice neighbourhood, conveniently located. The whole of London is readily accessible via either Northern Line tube (5 minute walk) or bus (1 minute walk). Another positive is that the apartment is well-stocked with sugar, coffee, etc.. There are many conveniences on the highstreet: Bugden’s grocery, several restaurants (the only one we would recommend is Jamon Jamon, a tapa bar), a small pharmacy, a nice book store.and, for the longer stay, a dry cleaner. There are two flies in the ointment; there is no telephone and the shower verges on dangerous. We solved the first by going to Hampstead Village and buying two simple cell phones which included about 30 minutes airtime, the second, we tolerated.

                Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

                This flat is a gem! The Belsize Park neighborhood is great, with a good supermarket (Budgens)six minutes walk away; tube station a couple of minutes farther; lots of restaurants and pubs and other stores meeting all imaginable needs for apartment living. The Belsize Park tube station, on one branch of the Northern Line, is only a 20-25 minute ride from most tourist attractions in central London. The owners, Eti Wade and her husband Daniel, are incredibly accommodating, responsive, and prompt in dealing with inquiries. Everything you'd need in an apartment is there, especially a plethora of kitchen utensils, dishes, and similar supplies. After a week's stay, we could not think of a single negative. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and will recommend Eti and Daniel without hesitation to anybody we know contemplating renting a flat in London.

                I had a extended stay in London for work and decided to bring my family (wife & 2 kids.) If you are looking for hotel like accommodations this is not for you. This is a typical London flat. That said the flat is larger than 2 hotel rooms and when traveling with kids is great. They can be in living space while my wife and I are in the bedroom so we're not all on top of each other. The location is extremely convenient (around the corner from Belsize Park tube station), great restaurants within walking distance and you have your own kitchen so you do not always have to eat out. If you're they type who likes the conveniences of home (space, kitchen) and not necessarily luxury accommodations I would highly recommend this place!

                Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

                This was more or less a last minute booking to be in London at the time of the Queen's Jubilee. We arrived VERY late but the owner was there and pleasantly oriented us. The flat is well described in a classical 1920-30's building, top floor with plenty of sun light. Great location, with excellent value. Easy shopping for routine needs and 5 minutes to the tube and bus service. No question we would come again.

                Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities.

                The Belsize Apartment was on the 5th floor(with lift),faceing west,we got the last rays of the setting sun. The bedroom was spacious,with lots of storage for clothes.The 5 ft bed was comfey. The lounge has comfortable seating with a flat screen tv with lots of good channels. The kitchen has every type of appliance you would need. Just around the corner from the apartment there are many restaurants with pavement seating. Being close to the Tube station was so handy to travel around London. Dont forget to buy an Oyster Travel Card,it's a lot cheaper than cash and a lot handier. I would stay at this apartment again and recommend it to my friends.

                The flat was spacious, safe, and convenient with the Northern Line's Bellsize Tube Station close by. We appreciated the elevator to the 5th floor flat, the wonderful windows looking over the trees, and the beautiful garden shared by the building residents. Good neighborhood villages provided interesting shopping and an assortment of pubs and good restaurant faire all within easy walks. We enjoyed the views of London from Primrose Hill Park and walks through Hamstead Heath. The flat is supplied for cooking-in, but we ate in one night only. The bed was sound, but the furnishings and overall condition of unit is shabby and overused. With a little TLC and addition of a comfortable sofa and chair this would be a real jewel. Perhaps the unit is a little over priced for the quality of the furnishings, but overall the flat met our needs and was accurately described. Our hostess, Eti, was welcoming and easy to work with.

                My family had a wonderful experience with this rental. We were late arriving from the airport, but Eti's husband was waiting patiently for us so he could give us the keys and a quick view of the flat. Linens were clean and fresh, plenty of towels. Our adult son stayed with us and slept on the futon couch quite comfortably. Our daughter, who lives in London, ate meals with us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The flat is only a block or so away from a tube station, so was very convenient. We were able to walk to Hampstead Heath from there as well. Lots of shops and restaurants within a quick walk. It is on the top floor, with very quiet neighbors. We would definitely recommend this flat.

                Eti is a great host! She gave us detailed instructions on how to get to her place. Her place was easy to find. When we arrived, she was already there waiting for us. She also met us on our last day at 5:45 AM to check us out so that we could catch our train at St. Pancras. Belsize Park tube station is less than 5 minute walk from her apartment. From there, central London is within 10 to 15 minutes. There is a nice supermarket and several restaurants around the tube station which we took advantage of. Apartment is just as it is described on the website. It is quiet and peaceful. We would not mind staying here in the future. For those first timers to London, I highly recommend getting an Oyster card or Travelcard from tube station. They allows for unlimited rides on the Underground and most city buses. You'd be surprised how easy and efficient it is to ride the Underground. Perfectly safe.

                The flat was perfect. The location was great. It was close to the tube, cafes, and grocery store. It had everything that we needed: pots, pans, dishes, towels, linens, internet, tv, etc. You name it, it was there. The flat has a nice balcony where you could sit in the sun (the weather was perfect when we were there). Eti was also a very accommodating. She was available to meet us when we got to the flat. Also, when we ran into a problem with the shower, she took care of it right away. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying at Eti's flat.

              About the owner: My mother who owns the flat and uses it regularly has made it a very comfortable home away from home. I am an artist and a university lecturer, taking care of her flat and sharing it with exclusive, selected guests. My home is 20 minute drive away and I always come to meet our tenants, hand over the keys in person and ensure everything is to your satisfaction. I am at the end of the phone and take care of any problem immediately.

              Why the Owner Chose Camden:
              My mum loves London and when I moved here from Israel in 1992, she bought the flat not long after. She comes over to stay and spend time with us two to three times a year and loves the peaceful atmosphere of the flat and Hillfield court.
