This lovely apartment is located on beautiful Rue Cavallotti, close to Place de Clichy and the heart of the Montmartre district, famous as the subject of artists and from the movie "Amelie." The roomy one bedroom apartment (510 square feet) is on the first floor (one flight of steps) of a stylish and renovated 1896 building. The apartment was completely renovated in 2003.
The apartment has a large living room and dining room with French windows overlooking the street, which is quiet and has very little traffic. The apartment has original fireplaces and mantels, molded ceilings and beautiful parquet floors. The well-equipped kitchen also has a small breakfast table. The bedroom looks over the rear courtyard and has a double bed and closet, with the bathroom en suite. There is a separate powder room (water closet and sink). The apartment sleeps up to two people
The apartment is a couple of blocks from Place de Clichy with its all-night restaurants and movie theaters. Rue des Abbesses and Rue Lepic with their many picturesque shops, cafes and markets, are a five-minute walk away. Rue Cavallotti has several well-known restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, grocery and most everything needed. The metro is close by.
