  Perfect stay. The condo is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The grounds were amazing and the view perfection.   This condo was the perfect choice for our stay in Maui. It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and well-priced too. We appreciated the WI-FI access and all the "tips' that were available for places to see and restaurants to visit. We took advantage of the M-W-F farmer's market down the street as well as the restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store in the area. Some favorite restaurants away from the neighborhood were Taro and Cane and Lahaina Coolers in Lahaina and Mama's Ribs and Rotisserie in Napili. We enjoyed a whale watching cruise with Pacific Whale Foundation, the Coastal Trail (between DT Fleming Beach and Kapalua Beach)--outstanding and a ride to the Upcountry (including a visit to the beautiful Kula Botanical Garden.) One thing that should be mentioned in the listing is that a coin laundry is available on site at Maui Sands. Sunsets were beautiful and whales could be seen frolicking off-shore. If we get the chance to return to Maui, we would definitely try to stay here again!

  Great meeting you and Cheryl!. Thank you for all your suggestions and recommendations as this was our 1st time in Maui. Our stay in this condo was certainly the right choice! The ocean is so close, the sound of the waves put us to sleep. The walk along Kahekili Beach was great! The quality of the finishing and furnishings are outstanding. Everything we needed was in the condo The only disapointment was, our stay was not longer. We would absolutly recommend this condo. We hope to come again. Thank you again David and Cheryl.

  What a great place. The description can't give justice to the quality of this unit. Just a few blocks off the main road, you are secluded to the ocean, but close to everything. A well appointed kitchen makes living and cooking at home so convenient. Everything is just minutes away... fabulous beaches, shops, restaurants, anything you need to make the most of your relaxing vacation. The unit was flawless with new furnishings and great views, especially at sunset. If it's your first trip to Maui, there is a helpful guide book provided by the owner to help navigate and direct your endeavors. I can't wait to return to the island next year and will be staying here again.

  We have just returned from celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Hawaii. The first half of our stay was in Maui. The location of the condo was great and we were still able to explore the rest of the island with the rental car. There are many beaches, restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. There are too many wonderful sites and memories to list but the sound of the waves from the condo is something we will fondly remember. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed plus more. There is nothing we can think of that was missing, or that we could have added to make our stay any more enjoyable. David was great to deal with and was available to respond to all our questions during the process. We will recommend this property to friends and family.

  There wasn't a detail that was missed in this condo remodel. Honestly, for the price, it was nicer than any hotel at the same price, the location couldn't be better, and EVERYTHING is included. You don't have to rent snorkel gear, boogie boards, lounge chairs, etc... they're all included with your stay! After staying at the Marriott Wailea for 5 nights and then wanting to explore the other side of the island, there wasn't much of a change from a 4 STAR Resort to this property for the remaining 3 nights. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you get to enjoy it inside or out and the entire unit is very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to any of my family or friends.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Owner response: We strived to create a very nice , clean remodeled condo for our guests to enjoy. We want our guests to have the same experience we would expect from a stay in Maui. With the condo being 100% remodeled and with all new furnishings we think we have hit that mark.
