Welcome to SPYGLASS HOUSE. This huge beach house sleeps 13 and is located right across the street from beach access and has a great beach view from the large upstairs deck. What makes this house very special is that it has 3 kitchens and 3 separate living room areas which makes it great for multiple families. Plus, it has an outdoor bar!

Here’s the bedding set up: QUEEN, QUEEN, QUEEN, TWIN BUNK WITH TRUNDLE, TWIN, QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA.

From the minute you walk in the door you’ll know this house is really special. The owners purchased it a year ago and remodeled it so that everything is fresh. And since, it’s never been rented it’s in great shape. When you come in the front entrance you are welcomed by a roomy seating area with a big screen TV that offers the XFINITY package of cable channels. From this room you then walk into another seating area with a beautiful rattan sofa and a small dining room set. The kitchen is also located here and is fully equipped with everything you need to grab a snack or whip up a gourmet meal.

This first floor also houses the MASTER SUITE which you enter through double doors. The MASTER also has a flat panel TV with the same cable package. You’ll find plenty of closet space here and a door to your private bath.

Further down the hall you’ll find a 2nd MASTER with a QUEEN bed and its own private entrance.

Across the hall is a small bed area with a TWIN BED and a 3RD bedroom with another QUEEN bed.

This end of the home also has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink. Nice for a private morning coffee.

You’ll also find a washer/dryer on this floor.

Head upstairs to the 2nd living area that has another big screen TV and seating area with a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. You’ll also find a small kitchen here with a PUB TABLE AND CHAIRS for dining.

From here, step out onto the large deck and enjoy the view. There’s plenty of seating here and you’ll find yourself spending plenty of time here enjoying the sights and sounds of the gulf and the world’s most beautiful beaches.

Step back in and you’ll find two more bedrooms. One is a kid friendly suite with TWIN BUNKS WITH A TRUNDLE. The other is another QUEEN. Another bathroom upstairs as well.

That’s not all that makes this home special. Outside you’ll find two showers for rinsing off from the beach and there’s a shaded patio area with a grill and an outdoor bar. Awesome. The whole family is going to want to party out here.
