  We just returned home from our vacation in Florida. Everyone is so rested and relaxed - and at peace. It is unreal how just a week can change your outlook on life. We spent a lot of time at the beach - both day time and night time. The Loggerhead and other various turtles nest in Juno Beach. We found out that they are an endangered species now and we all need to protect them. If you walk on the beach at night, and if you are very quiet, you can find these large turtles coming out of the ocean, crawling up on the beach and laying their eggs. It must be pitch dark and if they see you, they will turn around and go back into the ocean, therefore it is dark but very safe. The police patrol the beach on sand three wheel bikes - to protect the people and the turtles. It was wonderful! We went down to the beach almost every evening. We had a wonderful time! The pool was great and the house is huge. A perfect size for a large group like ours. All of the rooms were very clean and everything was well kept. We loved everything - including all the books left to read and hundreds of CD's to listen to. Our family played family games and walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. We were not interested in doing sightseeing, we came here to relax and spend special time together. We truly appreciate being able to spend this special time in such lovely surroundings. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We hope to be back again.

  It was a pleasant vacation in Juno Beach. The weather was perfect. The house was spacious and clean. Truly all the comforts of home. The house was nicely furnished. The pictures are very descriptive of the house. The pool was tremendous. The owner was very responsive to the only request we had to make with regard to the internet service. Great access to the beach, community park, playground and walking trails. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants, cafe and CVS Pharmacy. We enjoyed the church next door and attended a couple of Sundays. Our gand daughter joined the Tuesday art classes there and enjoyed it very much. The house is in close proximity of two Publix grocery stores and the Gardens Mall and Downtown. We also visited the Turtle Marine and would recommend a visit there. We would recommend the house and location highly. Ellen & Family

  This was our first family vacation in about 3 years and we all wanted it to be perfect. We had never rented a vacation home before and did not know what to expect. Everything was done on-line, which concerned us a little bit. It all worked out well - no perfect.The home was extremely nice with lots of room - so much more then the pictures portrayed.We had three families together which something could have gone wrong but it was nice because there was plenty of room in this 3 br luxury vacation rental beach house.The rooms were all very nice, the beds comfortable and the house was well kept. The furniture was nicer than we expected, the kitchen was very nice to have for everything from cooking breakfast or just snacking. We grilled out & ate most meals outside. The older kids loved hanging out down at the private beach which was a very short walk to the end of the street & across a small 2 lane street A1A (Ocean Blvd). The beach is truly private and pristine and there are no major highways and roads to cross. Fabulously appointed and professionally decorated in elegant tropical style, this island oasis has everything you and your family need to enjoy your South Florida beach vacation. The younger children preferred to hang out in the pool and the adults really enjoyed just sitting around and catching up.The men spent most of their vacation playing golf on a different course daily and deep sea fishing. The women did some first class shopping and we all took part in choosing among the many great restaurants. House was perfect for our extended family. JB is a private community surrounded by water on 3 sides- Atlantic Ocean (east), Jupiter Beach (north), Singer Island (south) and the Intracoastal Waterway (west). Bridges on all sides make it necessary to allow an extra 10 minutes when you wish to go to an appointment. Shopping, fine dining, entertainment is all only 2-15 min away, so you have the increadible privacy and exclusivity of Juno Beach without having to be in the middle of nowhere to achieve it! There is no public parking in the community so the beaches are used only by residents. It was all very quiet, pristine and private! It was much, much nicer than renting hotel or small resort rooms. We truly loved our vacation and all our personal time together. We washed all the sheets & towels & left the house like we found it so they would want us to come back. We had a wonderful time & have already booked for next year. A perfect, perfect, perfect vacation.

  The house is located an easy 5 minute walk to beach! We rented the home over Easter and had a relaxing and fun time! The beach was very quiet, not many people for Easter, so if you are looking for relaxation this is it. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons by the pool. The realtor gave us a call to make sure everything was ok! Thanks. There is a book with instructions for the house, if you follow them you will enjoy your vacation!

  Absolutely unsatisfied with this place. Many many problems. First off, one of the beds had a dirty set of sheets. There were hairs and blood spatters on the sheets. Pillow cases on this same bed had make up smudges on them. We had to wash them again before we could sleep on that bed. The "heated pool" was not heated, in fact it was freezing cold and we could not swim. The beach was much farther than we were lead to believe. We were having a wedding and at last minute we had to change our plans because the fridge was not working for the first half of our week stay, so we could not keep any food there. No one was sent out to fix this problem. This added more stress to an already some what stressful time, as we had to change the location of the wedding because of this. The only rooms that stayed cool with the air conditioning were the two back bedrooms that had their own a/c. Then to put the icing on the cake, she did not give us back our whole deposit, saying that we used too much electricity... which is flat out outrageous and wrong. We were not there very much so I find that very very hard to believe. No proof was provided to us that we used as much as she said we did. The cleaning list was unbelievable, but we cleaned even better than what was asked and for us to not get the whole deposit back was the last straw. We will NEVER be back. Very disappointed in this place.

  Owner response: As the property manager, i was shocked. not only did this very large party get their entire deposit back but the owner had us send an additional $250 due to the inconvenience of the refrigerator going out. The refrigerator was under warranty & a repairman advised us that the extra large double door top part of the refrigerator was not being closed correctly. If the wrong side is closed 1st the 2nd side can not slide into it's groves.This allowed warm air into refrigerator. there was nothing wrong but no knowledge of this newer model of refrigerator. The air conditioner's motor was burnt out due to front & back doors being left open by kids & air on 60 degrees in hot weather. It was repaired within hours -after repairman had to pick up a new motor in morning. Everyone slept in air conditioned bedrooms & everything was repaired in morning. Again, neglect on the part of renter. As for the blood & hair on sheets - that is an impossibility. Previous renters checked out at 10am - with everything working well. Cleaning team came in as we'll as handyman to check for any damage. There was no time for anyone to lay on bed - and it has a bedspread set over sheets. As far as the wedding - we were asked numerous questions & we provided contacts for flowers, photographer, videos, and beach approvals from city. The venue was changed 3 months before arriving due to fear of possible rain. The pool was never listed as heated nor did they ever ask; that was an assumption on their part. yes, a couple of things happened during this party's stay - but there was nothing that was due to the neglect of the owner or the maintenance company. The two factual instances were caused by the renters & the many people in & out of that house. I am sure there was untold pressure on all parties but to blame anything on the house; it was all their expectations. Even the distance to the beach being a complaint - they were provided directions to the house, a map on the website as well as full pictures provided by google mapping. Many times people will assume the house sits on the beach which is not allowed. It would be washed away with the 1st wind storm. It is 1/2 block or exactly 5 houses from the beach - this information is provided in website copy. Unreal expectations,

  Our weeks stay has come and gone too fast. It has been great. We all thoroughly loved our stay. We have washed linens for cleaning crew; last load is still in washer & dryer. Dishwasher has been turned on for last cleaning. Hope that is OK. We have taken care of your home as if it were our own. It has been a great vacation home. The blender carafe slipped in the sink during washing and cracked instantly. Let us know if we owe you anything. Other than that everything has been left as we found it. We definitely want to make sure that you will want us back because we have finally found the perfect vacation home for six Canadians who like to get out of the cold every year.The pool was great and the surroundings are beautiful.   The house is very clean & excellently decorated. Open ceilings & huge rooms; plenty of room for entertaining & sitting outside in the backyard watching the stars & enjoying the beautiful landscaping. Every night my husband & I would sit around the fireplace pit with a bottle of wine, cheese & crackers as we watched the large, bright moon & stars shine through the huge palm trees - & talk about all the years that we have missed having time together to enjoy something like this. It was as if we were on our honeymoon again except it was better because we were reliving all the memories of the past. We never take the time at home to spend time like this together. Of all the things we did together on this wonderful vacation & all the places we went, his golfing and deep sea fishing, my shopping on Palm Beach's Worth Avenue & the Garden's Mall, all the Scuba Diving we did together, the boating & sailing, the sea do's, parasailing, trip to Blowing Rocks, laying at the beach & body surfing in the waves, swimming daily in the pool or just soaking up the rays on the rafts in the pool, enjoying the unbelievable exquisite entertainment center, just laying in the memory foam bed watching movies on the huge large flat screen TV hanging on the wall, feeling the soft 700 thread Egyptian sheets against our bodies, cooking great meals in the fully equipped brand new gran kitchen completely labeled so we could find whatever we needed - nothing was more enjoyable to us than the star gazing nights on the huge private patio surrounded by the jungle like landscaping that made us feel cut off from the rest of the world. We dearly loved this home with the beach, steps away from the house. We have already booked next years vacation and recommended this home to many friends and family members. This was so much more than we ever expected in a vacation home. Extrememly clean, exceptiionally beautiful inside & out, fulled equipped, well organized, so many extra amenities never seen in other rentals, everything you could want is nearby, the photos do not do it justice, it looks much smaller from the outside but it is huge on the inside- very deceiving, highly serviced by the owners ,this home has the best of everything, truly a home away from home. I would suggest this home for anyone from Honeymoon couples to Second Honeymooners - like us, Seniors, Families, Family Reunions which we are doing next year, Couples, Girl Get-to-Gethers, Golfers, Baseball Lovers, Scuba Divers, Water Lovers

  Paradise Found in Awesome Home on Barrier Island We found "Paradise" in Florida in a little town that no one ever heard of. The house was absolutely wonderful and is perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple, a vacation place for a family wanting to be together to enjoy a vacation or a Family reunion, or anyone who wants their privacy - which was what we found. It was an inexpensive vacation for us when we figured up all the costs of a hotel and restaurants for a family of 6 plus we were able to all spread out and still not run into each other. The home is as nice as a 5 star hotel and much cleaner w/wireless. It was much quieter than any hotel or resort could ever be as well as safe. Everything we wanted and needed was close by. The beach was at the end of the street, there was a park for the baby close by, fishing from the pier for the older kids, deep sea fishing for me, professional golf for me and the wife as well as professional baseball for the whole family. Grocery stores, gas stations, office supply stores, Costco, a huge upscale Mall, Whole Foods stores, K-Mart, Walmart, whatever you want is within 3-5 miles. Upscale Palm Beach stores are across the bridge. There was nothing we could think of that was not close by whether it was scuba diving, parasailing, boating, kiting, you imagine it and it was there. Yes, we found Paradise and we will go back as often as we can and we will stay in this house.

Sit back & relax from sunrise to sunset. You can do so much or nothing at all. 3. Convenience. Close to everything. From the moment you arrive, you will feel at home in your own private vacation home. It is convenient to everything. We loved the privacy; there is no feeling like having the the run of the house. It is your sanctuary, party spot, compound, private resort…or whatever you want it to be! There are no noisy neighbors nor competing with other guests for attention. 4.Amazing. “My Family and I had one of the best vacations of our lives at this house. The property is simply amazing. The service was outstanding and we were overwhelmed with the sheer beauty of the views. The photos on the website just don’t do the place any justice!” 5. Access. Under 15 minutes from the Palm Beach International airport on I-95 or the turnpike. It’s in the heart of destination beaches, golf courses, restaurants and other attractions. 6. No Fuss. You can manage your costs and minimize opening your wallet after arrival. Relax and don't spend any more money! 7. Luxury. No other home rental can compare to the quality of the beach community, beautiful home, magnificent swimming pool, amenities or attention to detail. 8. Flexibility. Owners were so easy to get along with. Offered to shop for us, pick us up from airport, get us a babysitter, arrange scuba diving. 9. Professionalism. Even though this is a family run rental, everything was very well organized. Rental agreements were sent to us to fill out, Date Confirmations were sent to us immediately upon receipt of deposit. 10. Local Knowledge. From local cuisine to specialty drinks,they have a combined wealth of knowledge of the local area that is sure to enrich your stay.Exceptional high end 3 bedroom home on barrier island surrounded by lush landscaping, lg back patio & private pool w/private neighborhood beach at end of street. Home has been completely remodeled & has every amenity imaginable. Hidden & unknown paradise w everything needed minutes away. Lots of beach activities, professional sports - baseball & golf minutes away, prof baseball, football, museums, dinner theatres, Scuba Diving, Fishing, surfing, Palm Beach Island, Disney World, more attractions than you can experience in a summer. We will be back!

  We will check out tomorrow at 2 pm. It was a great time here in Juno Beach. The house is so lovely and perfect furnished. We missed nothing! We felt us so comfortable, like in our own home. We will enjoy to give best recommendations. And finally, we was here the first time, but we hope not the last. Now we are sad that we have to leave soon. Best wishes Ronnie and family

  A FlipKey verified reviewer: We did not know what to expect from a home rental; we have always vacationed in a hotel or resort. We went on line to find a resort & stumpled on home rentals. This home was stared as a favorite, we read the reviews, talked to the realtor & took the plunge. With our heart in our pocket, we sent in our money - not sure of what we were doing but knew that every new thing is an adventure. What a wonderful experience it turned out to be. The service was wonderful, we were sent paperwork so we knew we were dealing with professionals who wanted to know who we were also. Yeah!! We were given explicit directions, went on maps and checked everything out & took off. We drove through lots of small beach towns but when we got to Juno Beach we were really surprised - it was beautiful and hidden away. It is very small but immacutlate. Lots of tall palm trees line the streets & a nice lake in the middle of town.There are just a few streets, nice clean houses, a few high rise condos,parks, beaches, a pier, bike trail, playground, etc. Then we walked in the front door of our new home & were amazed at this absolutely beautiful 2nd home. There was a very long hall as a center point - with high vaulted ceilings and archways to the right which led us into the huge living room full of exquisite furniture. The right side arches led us into the den and kitchen and eating area. Every room in the house has been remodeled nicely and all the furniture is upscale and new. The bedrooms all had very comfortable mattresses to sleep on, every room is huge & equipped w new furniture & TVs. Between pool & beach it was hard to drag the kids out to eat or to any attractions. It hardly cost us anything once we got there: the home was our vacation. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Great restaurants, Starbucks,Grocery stores, gas stations, Mall(car - 3 mi), movies, Blockbuster,hair & nail salons, etc. This was the least expensive vacation we have ever taken & comfortable. We Loved it!

  We have always vacationed at resorts or hotels. This past year we were on the American Express travel site and saw a new link to 5 star Vacation Home Rentals & checked into it. This home was listed & looked very nice. We were not sure what a vacation home rental was and whether we wanted to take a chance. We called several real estate agents in the Palm Beach area & found that this is a very popular way to travel, saving money & providing privacy. We did not know what to expect but after reading several reviews & with our heart in our stomach we sent in our deposit. What a wonderful experience it turned out to be. We were asked for information about us & they provided us w references. That made us feel comfortable.The service was outstanding & professional; they provided confirmations of dates & receipt of our money + a contract. Upon arrival, this little beach town was like a little piece of Paradise with tall palm trees lining the only street/bike trail in town w a cute little lake. It was so perfect & serene; the house was within walking distance from the beach. When we stepped into our vacation home we were so surprised. It was nicer than expected - and huge. A long hall with vaulted ceilings & archways led into different "huge" rooms. The living room had a fireplace, large entertainment center w 56" flat screen TV, surround sound, etc., very nice furniture throughout, 3 beautiful bedrooms with nice comfortable mattresses, large TV's, new granite kitchen, den, wireless Internet, outside was awesome w large entertainment area around the huge pool area, BBQ grill, patio tables, chairs & chaise lounges surrounded the pool area, unbelievable island style landscaping made us want to sit outside all the time. The children loved the beach & pool so much they never wanted to go anywhere. Even though we were surrounded by great restaurants, lots of tourist attractions, all kinds of water sports, tennis, scuba diving, fishing, surfing, boating, everything, our kids never wanted to leave the house. It was truly a very inexpensive vacation for us. We plan on coming back every year. We all loved it! We are planning a family reunion this coming summer. We would recommend this home to anyone who appreciates quality at a fair price. This is not a "cheap" motel type of rental; it was a very nice "home away from home". It was much more than what was described with many more amenities, well maintained & extremely clean.I have recommended this property to many friends.

  My family stayed in the home in August 09 and it was just wonderful. The home was spacious, clean, and well maintained. My 3 daughters just loved the video games, DVD's, and pool. It was a nice location, next to the beach and about 10 min from every other attraction and the airport. Far enough away to have some peace and quiet after a long day at the beach. We found everything in the home that you could need, the owners truly thought of everything. Huge house loads of extras. I must say we were very impressed with the size of the house and the attention to detail. We had two families with 6 kids and had plenty of room. It had all the amenities you can think of. We had 2 small babies and wanted our vacation to feel like we were at home. It was very clean, child proof and had a very warm feeling to it. The owners thought of practically everything. They had a playpen, high chair and stroller for our use plus an extra blow up air bed for the kids. All the beds were very comfortable and cozy. We just loved staying there.The kids loved the pool, beach, and all the pool toys. The house is well appointed and maintained and is in a very nice neighboorhood. There is a shopping center less than 5 minutes with a Publix grocery store and Walgreens.This was my first time renting a vacation home and I was a little apprehensive at first but everything worked out perfectly. We really enjoyed our week here. The house was very comfortable - especially for a large group like us. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again.
