Great location, directly on the Gulf, GROUND FLOOR, condo opens directly on to 4000sf pool and hot tub area. There is a childrens water play area on the gulf side and a wonderful lazy river on the bay side. This unit is definitely a family friendly unit. The bunk room has its own floor space ( not located in the hall) and its own private bath.
Beautifully decorated. Located conveniently to all Destin hot spots but not in congested traffic area. There are several very nice restaurants on Okaloosa Island that are not nearly as crowded as downtown Destin. We love this area! The gulfarium, the conference center ,the fishing pier, and a par 3 golf course are all in walking distance.
We also have 2 other units in the area that are available to rent if this one is not available. Please call or email if you are interested.

We have stayed at Desin West for our vacation for the past 2 years, and had the pleasure of staying in this unit last year. The ground floor units around the pool area are perfect for families with children. We had our own gated patio right beside the large pool on the beach side, which made it just right for us since we had a disabled child with us. There was no laboring back and forth from pool to room every few minutes. The room was very nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed for cooking. Can't wait to stay here again this year!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
