  My wife and I just returned from a most enjoyable and refreshing 10-day stay at Serenity by the Sea. We have rented Point Pleasant and other condos on the east end before, but none nicer than Serenity by the Sea. Everything is strictly first class in this totally updated 2-BR, 2-bath condo. The view and the trade winds from the balcony are heavenly. The pool on the D-level was a real bonus, as well. It sits about 25 feet below the upper level parking area in total seclusion and has a fabulous panoramic view of beautiful Smith Bay beach and beyond to the south and St. John and the BVI's to the east. Karen the owner was a joy to work with. We will definitely return to Serenity by the Sea in future visits!

  Karen & Karam this was a real treat.. Thank you for your generosity and this gem. This surprise vacation for my Mothers Birthday was great. She had a blast and a workout. The condo was clean, spacious, and posses a great view. Though your knees pay the price for the hill LOL. Condo also needs WiFi. This Mothers & Daughters trip was an awesome idea and executed perfectly.. It was easier to get around the second trip to St. Thomas we took the shuttle to gate and rode the dollar taxis to Red Hook and the village to shop and dine at night we took regular taxis. We hung out with the locals and resort staff was so kind and good company. We all had an amazing time and will indeed return. Traveler info: Dollar Taxis: $2 Taxis > Redhook $10 each; To Charlotte $20each It'll be a good idea to get to know one taxi guy and develop a relationship. Be careful walking/climbing over rocks to go the Sugar bay (Wyndam hotel) high tide can be overwhelming you can also buy food/drinks there. Have fun!

  The house was beautiful and inviting. We had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Ms Karen was very informative as to where things were and activities we might be able to do while we were at St Thomas. The issue we had (which was just one) was fixed within 30mins of calling maintenance. I was really impressed with that. Everything we needed to do as far as being in the ocean, was right there within walking distance. We did not have to travel far at all.

  After looking at quite a few different properties we decided on Serenity by the Sea. It was very easy to book with the owners and they provided plenty of great information regarding our stay as well as info on the islands before we even arrived. We arrived after 6pm but the bellman got us checked in and helped us with getting all of our luggage to the unit. The unit was even bigger and nicer than what we expected from the photos and of course the view was amazing. Perfect place to sit on the patio in the mornings and evenings and enjoy the warm breezes and view. Unit was clean and beds comfortable. Loved having a stocked kitchen and ice maker as well as the beach chairs and coolers that were available for us to use. It was nice having the air conditioner at night but we enjoyed opening the shutters during the day to let the breeze in. The property has many nature trails and steps to get everywhere, which we enjoyed exploring and the exercise too. The restaurant on property down on the water was a fun place to get a drink and dinner. Really enjoyed staying here and appreciated the owners making sure we were taken care of. Made it feel like we were staying in a friends home. Thanks Karen and Karam!

  We had a wonderful time at Karen and Karam's property in St. Thomas. Tastefully decorated, kitchen was well-stocked, even the knives were sharp. The only negative, is that the windows in the bedrooms are only screens with shutters covering them. There is no glass. If you go during the windy season, the winds are howling and they did wake us up at night. The activities desk gave us a small discount to Coral World. They also informed us that we could borrow kayaks for free. Unfortunately, the heavy winds prevented us from taking advantage of this. Our room was not ready at check-in. They kept telling us it would be ready soon, so we hung out at the property. We finally got into our room around 5:15 pm. If this happens to you, consider borrowing one of the kayaks while you're waiting.

  My husband and I stayed in unit D-22 for one week with our two small sons (one age 4 years and the other age 5 months). It was as "serene by the sea" as you can get with 2 small children. :-) The condo had lots of room for all of us. The master bedroom was lovely, the separate bedroom for the children was a wonderful luxury that we really appreciated. It's obvious the owners did so much to make this a beautiful place to stay. The views are incredible! It is relaxing, secluded, quiet, yet close to so many things to do. It's like having your own private condo on St Thomas.

  I should have wrote this months ago as we were there in mid-March. Myself and four friends rented this unit in March and thankfully, the pics did do it justice. It's a beautiful condo and comes equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. I wish I could have taken the master bed home with me as it was so comfortable, I can't remember the last time I've slept so peacefully...before or since we left. The granite counter-tops, beautiful woodwork and high-end fixtures the owners have put in are very nice, and the view from the balcony is unbeatable. The staff at PP were very nice too...only one problem with one of the night shuttle guys ( he was a half hour late and was mad when there was no one there to pick up after we decided to walk down to Jacks). Jacks has excellent food, but was out of the liquor you need to make the Bushwhackers TWICE during the week we were there. If you're a single woman, watch out for the chef/cook named Todd...he's a shady dude with an extensive criminal background and is running from the law. He's a con through and through and preys on single women. Other than that, our trip was wonderful and we hope to rent from the owners of this condo again. The owners were great to work with and no hassle at all. I thank them for providing a wonderful place to escape the "real" world for 7 days. You will not be disappointed renting D22. Coki beach was awesome, Megans bay was Okay, but way over-hyped...was disappointed with Sapphire beach, not what I expected at all after reading all the reviews. Rundown and dirty is my opinion.   stayed for 10 days in May and had a wonderful time! this unit is lovely, clean & VERY comfortable - but the views are amazing!! The king bed was sooo comfortable and the kitchen amenities were new and first rate. The property is lush & beautiful, the pools were great and we had a great time at the restaurant Jack's - the food was good and the band was spectacular and we got to eat right next to the water! the owners were very accommodating - thanks for a great vacation ;)

  I wanted you to know that my friends and I had a wonderful time at D-22. Your unit is beautiful and was a great refuge after being on a boat for a week! We were quite pleased and would not hesitate go back.

  Karen, we had a wonderful time celebrating my 40th birthday in St. Thomas in your rental unit @ Point Pleasant. The view every morning was great! We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings prior to venturing out. The mattress and bedding in the Master BR was SOOOOO comfortable. Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality.
