Location: Wildwood, Southern Shore Region, New Jersey, USA (Pine Avenue, in the middlle of the two amusement piers)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 8)

This newer Condo is beautifully decorated and includes all your vacation needs. We feature a fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Spacious living room has sofa, loveseat, and entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD CD/Stereo. A two car garage with storage area for bikes and beach gear, and parking for four cars.

Sleeping accommodations include master bedroom with queen-size bed, private bath, TV/VCR, second bedroom with queen-size bed, third bedroom with two twin beds, plus queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. Blankets, quilts, and pillows are provided. You must provide sheets and towels. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit.

Pine Avenue is located in the middle of the two piers of amusements and rides. Our Condo is steps away from the Boardwalk.

Bed Linens and Towels are not provided.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday in Prime Season.
$300 Refundable Security Deposit not included in rates.
A deposit of half the rental rate required to reserve.
Balance of rental due 30 days before the rental date.
Exit cleaning included in full week rentals. $ 70 for partial week.
Visa and Mastercard Accepted.
