An excellent apartment. It had everything we needed for our week's stay and was very comfortable for our family of 3. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. It was easy to check in and out and the parking was convenient. The location is wonderful, just across the road from a beautiful beach and down the road from plenty of nice restaurants. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful time in Maui , Because the condo we are at is awesome , close to everything convience store the beach Safeway everything . And the condo is very clean and update but most of all very friendly and private.We will be back in the near future.

Waking up to the birds calling, with a cup of coffee on the lanai. It doesn not get any better then this. Condo has the latest appliances, making it easy and fast to use. Washer and dryer in unit is so handy. Large TV with SD card slot for viewing pictures of the day, after walking down to Kamaole Beach II, located right in front of the complex, for the best sunsets. Even though there are many nice restaurants near by, I used the one of the BBQ located throughout the complex to Q some Huli Huli Chicken. Also quality pots and pans in the condo to cook home cooked meals. Kihei is a great location, easy access to everywhere on Maui.

This was our first time to Maui and we are glad we decided to rent a Condo. The condo had all the amenities of home including a place to BBQ and a beautiful Lanai to enjoy the evenings. We came to visit our daughter who is going to college there and appreciated being able to cook a few meals for her and her friends. Beaches and local shops are all within walking distance and Starbucks in on 1.7 miles. We would definetly consider staying at this Condo again. The one down side was the property manager could not find the key to the pool or tennis courts for us, but who really wants to lay by the pool when you can go to the ocean. Great trip and very restful! Thanks for sharing your home.

We have stayed in this condo twice in 11 months, we love it and hope to visit again very soon. I highly recommend it, the new flat screen TV is a very nice touch as well. Response - May 27, 2012 Kris, you will always have the 'favorite guest' status ..:)

The second year we have stayed in this condo. It is quiet, lovely garden view, shady, and large patio. One gives up a view of the ocean in favor of privacy, shade and the lovely setting. The unit, as always, is immaculate, everything furnished that one needs for kitchen and beach. The location near the grocery stores and across from the beach,is perfect. The owner is pleasant to deal with. We can't wait to return next year. Lynne and Walter

We really enoyed our stay at the condo. It's a great location within walking distance to everything you need. The pools and BBQ areas are an added bonus and allow for relaxing dinners at home. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Maui Vista for two weeks as part of our honeymoon. The condo was great, minutes from a beautiful beach that we went to daily. It was nice having a full kitchen to make some meals while on vacation as you know Maui can get a bit pricey. If we go back to Kihei, Maui we will def try to book this condo at Maui Vista. It was nice being away from all the big tourist hotels and get a real feel what it is like to live in Maui!!!

Our stay at the Maui Vista was excellent for the price. We were very close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Starting from North Kihei, the further south you go the nicer the area and properties become - we were just far enough south to be in the nice area. The room was clean and mostly surprise-free. Keep in mind, this owner does rent two properties at the Maui Vista so the pictures may not be exactly what you are getting, but they are almost identical. The property was very well managed with clean pools, tennis courts, and barbeque areas. It was nice to see 24hr security walking the grounds as well, even though the area was completely safe. Overall, I would recommend this room to friends and family and would definitely return. The value is unbeatable.

We were nervous about making reservations on Maui at first but the owner helped us feel at ease. He gave us all of the information that we needed to make our trip as easy and fun-filled as possible. We found that the condo was clean and well kept. We came for a wedding and it was in a perfectly central location to everything!!! We were pleasantly surprised about how many amenities were included. We knew that a/C was important and it was always cool and inviting! There were even some boogey boards and snorkel gear available. The best beach was located right across the street!! Charley Young!! Overall, this was an amazing getaway destination! We went to Maui for a wedding, and paid the least, and got the best value!

I' am usually hesitant to rent something on line having never seen it. This condo was the exception. Not only is it comfortable, but it was in the best possible location for us. We could walk just about anywhere that we wanted to go. Charlie Young beach is great and provides the best sunset views. The pools are well maintained, the Bbq's are top notch. Condo 1123 has tile floors which is so nice, easy to keep clean and having the washer and dryer is certainly a plus. We will be back!!!

Wow! Seriously ... wow! Went to Maui for a little over a week with my husband and we rented this great apartment! We could not have been happier with our decision. The condo is in a great location close to all the great beaches and activities. All the reservations were smooth and questions we had were answered really quickly. What's more the apartment was sooo comfortable, like a home away from home!! Free parking, nice pool, gas grill just outside for Bbqs, coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, close to yummy pizza place ... what more could we need!?our stay was perfect!! Would definitely reccomend and we'll be looking forward to going back one day!! Mahalo!!!

Absolutley awesome! Had everything we needed!" Was a great home away from home. Close to the BBQ and just a hop skip and a jump from the pool. Charley Yound Beach was a great beach and Wailea Beach and Makena were great snorkeling! Look forward to going back.

The condo turned out to be everything we were looking for. It was clean, with more than enough room for 2 people. The kitchen had everything you need, and in the hall closet there was a ton of beach stuff including tennis rackets. It is located in a perfect spot with close access to the parking lot, tennis courts and pool. Other reviews mentioned noise from being close to the walkway, however we were so jetlagged that we never noticed. Great place, we would definitely stay there again. Also, try Kihei Caffe for breakfast!

Kelli , Thank you for providing such a wonderful vacation. The condo is perfect ,great location, so clean and equipped with all we could possibly want. we made good use of all the beach toys. We had a great vacation and saw parts of Maui we had never seen . Diving was amazing, as was exploring the Hana drive. Hopefully we will get to spend more time with you next time--we'll definately be back Mahalo!
