Our condo is on the 7th floor of the West Tower. You can enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. It features tiled floors, a washer and dryer inside the unit, fans in the living room and both bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that can seat up to 6. LCD TVs in the master bedroom, living room and guest room. FREE long distance calls in the U.S. and Canada, wireless Internet, cable TV and Netflix movies and programming.
Our unit has a large master bedroom with wonderful views from the golf, it has comfortable king size bed, a bathroom with a garden bathtub, and dual sinks. The Guest Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with 6” innerspring mattress.
Guests have access to a lazy river, swimming pools, indoors water park, Jacuzzi, arcade with a mini bowling alley and our beautiful beach. Guests can also enjoy a state of the arts fitness center while looking at the crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast.
Two barbecue grill areas, and poolside bar and grill, on site Alvin's Island, and a grocery store.
No check-in or checkout necessary! New Resort Lock system allows everyone in your party entry without the hassle of keeping up with multiple keys or check-in/check-out lines!
Front door lock features a push-button combination lock where you can program your own unique access code for your exclusive use during your stay, eliminating the need for a physical key or magnetic card. We can easily accommodate last –minute renters by assigning key access codes over the Internet.
Pier Park is only minutes away from Splash. You can enjoy a wonderful shopping and dining experience. Visit Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Red Brick Pizza, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Five Guys Famous Burger & Fries and many others.
There are many specialty shops, as well as department stores like Dillard’s, JCPenney, and Target. Also located in Pier Park is a 16 Grand Movie Theater.
There is an amusement park for the kids and when you are ready to leave go across the street and walk the pier. Doesn’t get any better than this.

Saw the Dolphins!

Such a nice condo! Just as described, this condo is on the gulf front. We stayed for two weeks and saw dolphins from the balcony about 7 of those days! The condo was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a lot to do in the area -- swimming, parasailing, jet skis, shopping, dancing, etc. We kept thinking how much our children and grandchildren would have liked to have been there. We especially liked the keyless entry. So handy not to have to take a key to the beach! We would definitely recommend this condo!

Our family of four (mom, dad, teenage son and preschooler) stayed here from October 29 - November 5, 2011 and we couldn't be more pleased! The condo was gorgeous and even nicer than described! The living room furniture was brand new, and the beds were more comfortable than ours at home! Splash is a fantastic resort for families of all ages. This is the second time we've stayed at Splash and the property is clean, well-maintained, with tons of amenities, like pools, lazy river, hot tub, small indoor water park, splash pad, game room with small bowling alley, directly on the beach, and waterfront views, to name a few! We saw many dolphins and stingrays from our balcony. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. We enjoyed grilling out in the pool area (just call and ask a security guard to turn on the grill for you). Willie and Maria were a dream to work with and we are recommending them to all of our friends and family members! This is a great time to go, because the weather is perfect (70's and low 80's) and the water temperature is still pretty warm, too (high 50's), and a little nippy at night, so we needed jackets. The beach is not very busy during this time, and some days we had the beach almost to ourselves, perfect for shelling. We enjoyed going to Gulf World and watching the dolphin shows and lots of other marine life and birds. Worth every penny, especially for home school families like us. If you want a good burger, try Flamingo Joe's. For the best ribs you've ever tasted, try Sweet Racks that even has a cool play area for children! We enjoyed Lobzilla time at The Boatyard, where we got full lobsters for $20 and our table was right on the water. Panama Pizzeria has great pizza and garlic knots. We had to go there twice!.We visited Pier Park several times, and enjoyed "Malloween" and a 3-D I-max movie. Great shopping. The new pier is now open, and costs $2 per person. Make sure you search online for local events. We got lucky on our last day and attended a local church's Harvest Fest at Pier Park. Everything was free, from the food (hot dogs, chips, sodas, ice cream, cotton candy), tons of inflatables for the kids, live music, games with candy and prizes, hayrides, kiddie train rides, and so much more! We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Splash. The room was very nice and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The master bed was very comfortable. Our children had a blast. We had rain one day and the kids found plenty to do on the resort. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The owners are very easy to deal with and will help you in any way possible.

My family of four (my husband, 1 year old and 5 year old sons and myself) stayed in this unit Sep 24th-Oct.1st 2011 and had a wonderful time! This was our 1st trip to Splash and we all loved it! The unit was very clean and well decorated! The beds were very comfortable! We also liked that the condo is right as you step off the elevator and has keyless entry! We had read some reviews on the staff at Splash being rude but this was not the case for us! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The weather was beautiful and we watched the dolphins from the balcony in the morning. We can not say enough nice things about the owners of this condo! They responded quickly to every email I sent and gave great suggestions on places to eat, how to avoid the crowds, ect. They even sent back our child's DVD we left in the condo by mistake! They were the nicest people I spoke with when trying to find a condo and we hope to stay in this unit again very soon! We were sad to leave PCB!

We loved our stay at Splash! The condo was extremely clean & very quiet. it was very elegantly decorated and well equipped. I loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer inside the unit and I didn`t have to worry about finding a place to wash my clothes, pay to wash them & then wait for them amongst other peoples` clothes. The sunrises & sunsets from the balcony were stunning! The master bedroom and bath were amazing! Very comfortable king size bed! Thank you! I will be returning to this condo again very soon!

Our days at this condo at Splash were fantastic. The furnishings are nicer than they appear in the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. It was decorated very tastefully - not all "beachy" but very nice. The owner was great to work with and all correspondence was timely. We would definitely recommend this condo!
