  We stayed at this great condo for a full week. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view. We saw stingrays and dolphins from the balcony! In choosing a condo I read a lot of reviews, so I took notes so I could do the same for the next guy... Number one priority: very clean. Not much wear/tear even everything looks almost new. Nice quality appliances and all necessary cooking supplies. Was nice to have a complimentary paper towel roll, and the reusable basket filter in coffee maker meant we didn't have to buy/bring filters. Living room was comfortable and the free Netflix was great for our little girl (for both movies and TV shows). Patio was awesome. Super comfy chairs, nice sturdy table Bathrooms clean, looked like new shower curtains, plenty of towels and a couple bars hand soap provided. Beds super comfy and the pillows also great (I'm pretty picky with pillows!). Also very convenient was having washer/dryer. SPLASH is a great choice if you've got little ones. Pools great (heated!), splash park very cool, the (one) hot tub filled up fast during off peak season. I'm surprised there isn't a second one. Parking was a breeze with plenty of luggage carts, and having Alvin's right there was super convenient for souvenirs. Friendly staff. Gym is above average with a nice view, and free. One of the weight machines needs repair but aside from that had everything one would need. Overall, Splash exceeded our expectations. The beach service/chairs was a huge perk. The guys who work down there are really nice, polite. Not a ton of seashells but the beach is clean for the most part. I'd definitely recommend this resort. Bring plenty of beach towels, some laundry and dishwasher detergent and you'll be good to go. Winn Dixie and Carousel grocery stores very close. Thomas' donuts was delish, and lots of restaurant options at Pier Park ->Hofbrauhaus-> yum. Downtown PCB a short drive if you want to be part of the more touristy scene. We did the Shell Island boat ride and definitely recommend it for a quieter beach experience (but a lot of walking if you've got little kids. Bring snacks/water for sure). Honestly, it was hard to find anything to give constructive feedback on for this unit. The only thing is that the AC unit is in a hall closet and the first night was pretty loud (kind of echoes), took some getting used to. That is probably the case in most condos, though, or anywhere you sleep for the first night- different sounds.

  We had a great time! The pools were warm and amazing. The weather was perfect. I wa Avery pleased with the easy access we had upon arrival and when we left it was simple. The only complaint I had was the tile floor was slippery and easily dirty. We did have a brio To sweep though. I would suggest a hot tub though on how balcony. The I w Dow stairs was always way too crowded. It would have been nice to be able to sit In a hot tub without 15 people squeezing around you. Overall our vacation was wonderful and we plan to book again

  The condo was gorgeous and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to prepare most of our meals from the comfort of the condo. The view from the balcony and beach chairs were excellent perks, as was the cable tv in each room, Netflix and available wi-fi. We have only been home for two nights and I have recommended this unit to everyone who will listen! Thank you so much!

  My parents, 3 children, and I stayed at this condo during Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The condo is very modern, has all the conveniences you need, and is close to everything, but not too close to the college spring break scene. It was a beautiful week, almost always sunny and in the 70's. The 7th floor was a great view and the condo is right across from the elevators, which were no problem at all. If you forget something while on the beach it only takes about 2 minutes to get to your condo-very convenient! The beach was beautiful, the beach attendants were super friendly and set up your cushions and umbrella for you by 8 am every morning. It was nice getting there the first day and telling them how many days you needed the chairs for and we got to know the people in the chairs next to us well. As for the water park, the part with the slides is very cold, but there are 2 heated pools-one covered and one not covered. The lazy river was chilly in March. The snack shop/bar were not open the week we were there(that we saw)-not sure when they open. My kids loved the hot tub. The arcade was okay. The bowling was broken as mentioned by others. The only thing missing was beach towels. We recommend doing the Captain Anderson's 3 hr boat ride to shell island. They do all sorts of fun things for the kids and the shells were great the day we went. All in all, we highly recommend this condo. The owners provide fast communication at all times.

  First visit to Panama Beach but not my last. We loved our unit. It was pretty and very clean. Owners were so hospitable. Photos were perfect description of our rental. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

  We had a wonderful time during our stay. The description of the condo was exact. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was furnished with everything we needed and more. The owners were great and easy to work with. We look forward to going back and would definitely recommend this condo. The spash pool would be fantastic in warmer weather, however, our grandchildren enjoyed it cold!

  Willie and Maria are so sweet and thoughtful! The place is amazing! Can't beat the view! There is not one complaint! There are a lot of units to choose from at Splash but trust me... Pick this one! The sweet owners make it the greatest! Thank you Willie and Maria! We enjoyed seeing stingrays every day from the balcony! We also saw dolphins a couple of times! So much fun! So much to do in the area! Even in November!

  The Pros were: owner was very fair with the affordability, VERY roomy condo with such nice bathrooms, master suite was as good as many we have stayed in at Resorts at St. Martens and etc, Balcony extra large, mattress in guest bedroom was sooo comfy, convenient to elevator, beach and pools. Loved the floor plan of the bedrooms being far apart for privacy. SOOO quiet - never heard a neighbor!! The Cons were: chairs on balcony not very comfy, STONE floors were cold and a little dangerous for our 18 month old grandson. Sharp corners on coffee table, and balcony tables left their marks on his little head. Just didn't feel very "child friendly".

  My family and I just returned from a week in Panama City Beach and stayed at this wonderful condo. The condo was immaculately clean, furnished beautifully and was very large (much larger than we had expected). It offers two large bedrooms but one bonus that wasn't mentioned in the ad was the oversized bathrooms...HUGE bonus. Plenty of towels plus a washer and dryer. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need to stay for a week. We will definitely be staying in this unit in years to come.
