Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: The owner of Gaisler Farm is Sarah Raymond, a New York City interior designer. Sarah was born and raised in France in the Loire valley. In design, she worked for large hospitality and residential companies before creating her own company, Studio 808. Sarah acquired Gaisler Farm in 2003 and spent several years doing a top to bottom restoration. The farm has been returned to its original configuration and now is a restful showplace!
Why the Owner Chose Blairstown:
I was looking for an old farm house that remained me of my childhood growing up in the France countryside.
The Unique Benefits at this Farmhouse:
Close to the city and yet so far from civilization I enjoy the quietness of the property. Spending the weekend at the farm brings me back to nature.
