I lived in Sarasota for 5 years and bought this unit when I had to relocate. When you cross over the inter-coastal waterway bridge in your car you will feel the breeze from the coast and smell the salt water and you will know you have arrived in that special place called SIESTA KEY. This complex is located in a very private area of the Key - called Turtle Beach. You will see the nests where the sea turtles come up on the shore and lay their eggs.
Enjoy the private beach with access to your own beach cabana. I keep in the cabana a small refrigerator and all your beach chairs/umbrellas. Also have two bicycles for your enjoyment. On the other side of the complex is a private dock on the Intercoastal waterway and, if you have a boat, you are welcome to reserve one of the slips.
TWO private pools for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the quiet yet close to all that Sarasota has to offer.
