  Thank you for a memorable one month stay in your beautiful home. Tiburon is the best place to stay when visiting Marin County. It's upscale, pristine, non-touristy (like Sausalito), close to all of the site-seeing, very quiet and has the best weather hands down!! Every day there was perfect sunshine all around the home while we looked at the opposite coast socked in fog. Your home generously supplies everything a rented could ever need. The kitchen and deck/grill are a foodie's dream-the appliances, pots/pans & dishware were high-end with every gadget imaginable. Our kids, ages 2 & 7 loved the ping-pong table, toys, books, basket ball net and especially the hot tub. The gated driveway area, which you could view from the kitchen, supplied endless hours of entertainment during the day. We loved upscale Paradise Market, just a 5 min drive, which sells many local cheeses, wine & super fresh meat and fish. Many days were spent going to a local farmer's market, site seeing, then cooking beautiful, fresh, local meals. The kids enjoyed the big TV with surround sound and my husband and I cuddled on the deck under the outdoor heater eating and drinking wine. Your home is well loved and meticulously maintained. The many upscale features; remote control sunlights, jetted shower, solar landscaping lights, gorgeous hot tub, surround sound, excellent appliances, well landscaped etc. made the home feel luxurious. The office worked perfectly for my husband to escape the noise of the kids and the internet never failed. It brought us great feng-shui, as my husband closed a huge business deal during our stay!! The home feels extremely safe and is squeaky clean. As you can see on Shannon's listing, he is extremely detailed and leaves a helpful manual on how to work everything in the home. They are very responsive owners and truly care and provide a perfect vacation experience. Must see: Wine Country (esp St. Helena), Hog Island Oyster Company, Fish restaurant in Sausalito, Alcatraz, Muir Woods, Pt. Peyes, Marin Sun Farms for a Burger at lunch, Cowgirl Creamery, any of the farmer's markets, Mill Valley, Fairfax, Oakland Art Museum....and if with kids: Exploratorium, California Academy of Sciences, Bay Area Discovery Museum (only if under 5 y/o), Potrero Del Sol Skatepark & playground in SF & House of Air. I highly, highly recommend this home. The location, owners, views, weather and amenities can't be beat.

  Being from Georgia, we thought it would be a good idea to take my family of five to the San Francisco area for a July holiday trip to celebrate one of my sons' graduation from high school. We elected to book the Paradise Dr property largely because the pictures and view looked pretty nice. I had hoped that if things were half as nice as they looked, I would be happy, as my experience has been to not expect things to be as nice as they appear. As it turned out, my entire family totally fell in love with the house, property and view. The view alone was even better than the pictures! It had to be the best overall view we had had at any vacation property. Also, the house was very nice and very well equipped. Plenty of room and our kids, high school and college, TOTALLY, loved it!

  It was our first stay in the area, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the home and location. It is conveniently located just outside the city, and the views from the home and balconies are great. My 17 year old daughter especially loved the downstairs "apartment", where she had her own area to hang out - bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, balcony, etc. The landscaping all around the home is unique and very well done. Thanks for a great stay, I would highly recommend!

  What an absolute slendid time. The Phillips could not have been more accomodating by opening up their beutiful home to my family. The views were spectacular waking up to every morning, watching the boats come in thru the harbor from their observation deck, while cooking up a splendid breakfast from their open kitchen. Our days were spent hicking in the local mountains and evenings were consumed soaking up soar muscles in the enviting hot tub.The kids loved playing on their lawn while the "inlaws" waited for their time downstairs to babysit. Thank you, for providing such a wonderful experience!

  This was such a great find for our family! We had such a wonderful time in Tiburon and this house was perfect for us. We cooked outside every night and really enjoyed the amazing views. It felt like home and was very cozy. This was a beautiful home and a place that we can't wait to get back to.

  We had the most unbelievable time staying at this house. Absolutely amazing. The house had everything we were looking for. The second we walked in, we felt at home. From the massive kitchen to the breathtaking views, we were in paradise. Definitely coming back soon.

  We can't say enough about our time at this house! It was the perfect location with some of the most breathtaking views. We stayed with another couple and our tw27o toddlers. It couldn't have been better! Mimosas in the hot tub, dinner on the deck and newspaper reading on the extra wide chaise lounge made for a most memorable week. The house has everything you could imagine...and more.

  We can not thank you enough! The view was totally unexpected and a wonderful treat as we had our morning coffee! The location was perfect for us. We felt miles away from the city, but close enough to have a special night out. Your home is absolutely stunning! You have done a beautiful job! We hope to be back soon!

  We had a wonderful time at your home, thank you for the hospitality. The views are unbelievable, truly 180 degree. We loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and dining on the deck. The location was very convenient yet it felt like we were a world away. The magic of your home made the trip! Thanks again, we hope to be back next year.
