Also a convenient Cafeteria and small Market right in the building only for owners/tenants. There is security and maintenance in the building, you will feel like home.
The Beach could not be better, one of the most beautiful, wide, private and tranquil scenario in the heart of Miami Beach, with the comfort of Beach chaises and umbrellas offered free, right at the sand. Believe me this is my idea of paradise. If you like the beach and nature, do not look further, This is it.

The apartment is perfect for a vacation of pleasure and/or business in Miami. Its right on the beach and the building is in mint condition even though its a very old one. Its very confortable and makes you not want to go out. You can hear the ocean from the balcony! The apartment is in perfect conditions, impecably clean and equipped with everything you might need for the beach (towels, chairs, coolers, etc), the kitchen (stoves, ovens, utesils, etc) or bath. The wifi works perfectly and you even get an apple tv for music. We stayed in the apartment all December. The place exceeded our expectations. Very nicely furnished with comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a great view.
