This Non-Smoking, one bedroom, one and a half bath, second floor villa is bright and beautifully decorated. The spacious living room and dinette area with its vaulted ceiling and greenhouse windows overlook the lagoon. From the private balcony, enjoy the excellent lagoon view with its wonderful water spray and lush tropical undergrowth, palms, and majestic oaks.
The large living room is equipped with a color TV, CD DVD ,stereo system, and furnished with a queen-size sofabed, matching love seat and chair. A modern fully-equipped kitchen that includes a breakfast bar. A roomy master bedroom with color TV-VCR-DVD player, walk-in closet, bath with jetted jacuzzi, tub, and shower. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and large half bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer.
All this and only a three minute walk to the beach and pool area with its terraced decks, spa-tub, barbecue, and party pavilion. Did I forget to mention, 12 miles of beautiful South Carolina shoreline is at your fingertips!

I spent a week at this lovely condo. It was very clean, comfortable and great proximity to the beach. The villa area has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation; biking, swimming, walking or just reading on the patio. The area is also safe. As a single woman traveling alone, this was very important to me. The condo has good security locks on the patio doors and the front door. I’m already thinking about going back in the fall. One note: it’s a two-story walk up, no elevator.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful experience staying here. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean ,neat, comfortable, and steps from the beach ! Palmetto Dunes is a fabulous location.

This is our 5th visit to this property. We keep coming back to this property as it satisfies every one of our vacation needs. The condo is clean and tastefully decorated. It is steps from the ocean and a heated pool. There are 20 miles of bicycle paths, there are golf courses in abundance, there is excellent shopping and dining. The owner is accessable and very helpful. We have recommended this condo to our friends.

My wife and I spent the month of February in Hilton Head. This was our first trip to the island and we were unsure about what to rent. We were looking for a 1 bedroom unit that was nice and clean. We reviewed the pictures and description on VRBO of the unit and found the owner to be extremely helpful in answering any question we had. We had easy access to the beach, a wonderful hot tub and a large HEATED pool. Both my wife and I could not believe how quite the area was and how nice the people were. We could not have been more pleased with our choice and look forward to coming back next year !
Recommended for:Age 55+.

My husband and I recently vacationed in Hilton Head and stayed here in Barrington. Not only was the condo immaculately maintained, but it was roomy, as well. This condo is extremely close to the beach and pool. You are also steps away from well maintained tennis courts and golf courses. There are actually three 4 star golf courses located in this complex, probably less than a quarter of a mile down the road. There are also walking/biking trails right outside of the front door, as well as a 5 star restaurant. The balcony in the condo overlooks a beautiful and relaxing pond, and you also can catch some of the ocean. The photos in the listing accurately reflect the condo's appeearance and amenities. We will definitely be returning next year! Thanks for a great stay!

My wife and I ennjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We spent many meals on the second floor balcony overlooking a beautiful pond watching the many birds as well as an otter. The unit is only a few steps from the ocean as well as a pool and hot tub. We were really impressed on how the unit felt more like a home than a rental. All the furniture was not only in excellent condition but very high quality and more of what you would have in your own home vs a rental. The unit was very clean. While it was only a one bedroon, it was laid out in such a way that it seemed much larger. We also enjoyed that everything was flat and took long bike rides around the development. Also, the beach has a hard surface near the water which allows you to ride for miles along the shore. No other beach we have been to allows you to do this.
