Our luxury vacation estate boasts just over 4,000 sq. ft. with a private infinity pool, large balconies, covered lanai and a 3 car garage. The luxury home has 5 large bedrooms, all with King Size Beds, as well as 2 Queen pull-out sofas. 5 bathrooms include 4 showers and full jacuzzi tubs. The home also features a private spilling pool that overlooks the ocean, along with private decks and balconies, and views of the beach from the main areas, as well as the master bedroom. A gourmet, full kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook meals and entertain with both a breakfast table open to the living area with a beach view, as well as a dining area that seats 6.

Pros: House was very nice and close to pier park (2.5 miles). House had all the conviences of home and more. Home was very large and spacious. Great walking distance to the beach. The beach was beautiful! Pool was nice, but wished it was heated. Cons: Never received pillow and blanket when we requested. Some furniture needed to be dusted. Back door very hard to lock. Lots of steps to the top floor, even though the house has an elevator, you cannot use it. However, management was quick to respond to all our other requests and was pleasant to talk to. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

Our stay could not have worked out better. Home was big and luxurious, decorated beautifully with lots of great views of the dunes, beach and ocean. We cooked most meals there and just spent time together in the pool or on the beach.Area is not overdeveloped so beach seemed like our private playground. Plenty of parking in the front and rear. Nice grocery store a block one direction and a great donut shop also close by.Loved getting up early and having coffee by the pool and enjoying life.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had the best time in this house for our spring break. 11 people and we had plenty of room. The convience of the carosel grocery store next door made my hectic life so easy. We not only got groceries everyday for our dinner but enjoyed wine and the kids got beach toys. We had an amazing view of the dolphins each morning. The snowcone place 2 houses down kept my kids happy. We were just far enough from panama city pier park that we didnt get the noise. It took us 10 minute drive to have a choice of resturants, bars, kids entertainment the pier it was so much fun. Our week ended too quickly but thanks to this home it was a fantastic vacation. I will return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We had a family gathering of 14 people who stayed last summer at this home. It was perfection! BEAUTIFUL view from 2 of the 3 levels. I was concerned about crossing the road to get to the beach - not an issue! It was always easy. I stayed at the home practically the entire week "sitting cozy" with my elderly Mom just enjoying the view and the calmness it offered. For the more adventurous ones, food and entertainment were convenient. The pool was ideal for the children's play and adult relaxation. I hope to return in the near future. Property owner & management were so helpful and pleasant to work with. They addressed every one of my questions before & during my stay. Home was very clean, well decorated and spacious. Book this one while you can!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
