The condo was all that was advertised, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Since our visit was considered off season the areas were very quiet which suited us just fine. The owners and Kare management responded to all questions and concerns immediately and were helpful in providing local information and contacts. I agree with others that it is wise to have a car as you are actually outside of Rincon itself. Loved the little roadside stands where you could purchase tasty treats including fresh mango smoothies. We found the beaches to be very clean and the local residents very friendly. Not sure I would change a thing, we had a great time.

We spent a week here just before the season starts--took our 2 sons (ages 7 and 6) out of school. The condo was so perfect for our family--kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, internet connection, cable TV, and the most perfect private roof deck for partying after the kids went to sleep! (the deck is larger than our entire apartment and has its own bathroom) The unit shares a pool and an outdoor shower. It is a prime location for walking and driving to various spectacular beaches and to fabulous restauants. Rincon is totally low key. All the shoes you need for the week are a pair of flip flops. Unit and complex are extremely clean and stocked with beach supplies. Cell phone service is spotty (mine never worked, and my husband could get a connection on the roof) which made the vacation even better! Owner was a pleasure to interact with.

We recently returned from Adam's beautiful penthouse condo. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It had every amenity we needed and more. The roof deck was a huge bonus and a beautiful relaxing spot to spend any time of day (especially for morning coffee or sunset in the hammock). We loved the condo's location -- walking distance to several great restaurants and fun bars, a short block to Sandy beach, and quick drive to other great surf breaks and snorkeling. Rincon is a special place and so is this condo. We hope to return to both again soon.

We had a wonderful time in Rincon. Accommodations where great and we couldn't be happier. The pool was great for the kids and the central location was perfect for the surfers. Thx Adam.

We recently stayed with our two kids (one is almost two, the other almost four). We all had a blast. Steps Beach and the lighthouse were great playing spots for kids, the condo has plenty of space for a family of four, and the roof deck was a hit. Rincon is obviously a great place for surfers without kids in tow, but we found it to be a good family spot too.

We stayed at Adam’s condo during the first week of February 2012, for a surfing vacation. We had a fantastic time! Rincon, the condo, the weather and the surf were just what we were looking for. Adam’s condo was very comfortable, clean and provided all the amenities that we needed and then some. The location of the condo is great; we could easily walk to several good restaurants and bars as well as a beach. Also there are many great surfing locations within a short drive of the condo so it was easy to surf and come back to the condo to relax and then go out surfing again. We had nice surf conditions while we were there and got to surf at a variety of breaks. Rincon has a fun and relaxed atmosphere with many nice restaurants. All in all it was a great vacation and we were really pleased with our stay at Adam’s condo, we would certainly stay here again.

Summary: I spent a week at this incredible three bedroom condo in December 2011 with 4 other family members. The location is spectacular and the house is new and completely furnished with everything you could need: comfortable beds (best sleep away from home ever!), coffee pot, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, cooler, snorkel masks, 4 chair dining table inside and 6 chair dining table on the roof deck (there was even a clothes iron!). The location is so spectacular because you are one block from Sandy Beach (a public beach with parking although you won’t need to drive because it is a 5 minute walk), you can see the ocean from the roof deck – one of the best aspects of the condo, it is near restaurants and bars, and Rincon is a laid-back town with a surfer vibe that just exudes relaxation and fun. Condo: The condo is on the third floor of the building with views of the ocean from the front balcony. The gem of the condo is the roof deck. Each morning I would grab a cup of coffee and my sunglasses and head up to the roof deck to enjoy the sunshine and gaze at the gorgeous views of the ocean. The roof deck is private with the only access being the spiral stairs from inside the condo. The roof deck is very large – 1200 square feet. It has two lounger chairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a wet bar and gas grill, perfect for grilling, and a half bath. The views from the roof deck in all directions are amazing. You can see the ocean to the front and watch the waves. I even spent one morning working out on the roof deck as there is a nice breeze that keeps you cool. Part of the roof deck is covered by a roof if you need to get out of the sun or avoid a quick tropical rain shower. Beautiful flowers and plants are spread throughout. This just has to be seen to be appreciated! I spent so much time on the roof deck. The kitchen in the condo is laid out well for making large meals with plenty of counter space. We made multiple dinners for 5 people and always had enough dishes and utensils to get the job done. There is a flat screen tv with surround sound – which I almost never used because it is just too nice outside to watch TV! But the ipod docking station was used plenty. All of the rooms have ceiling fans and large AC’s. We only ran the AC’s occasionally during the day and at night as if you left the door or the window open, the breeze kept the condo cool. The pool, just downstairs, was nice and relaxing on a warm day.

Me, my wife and our two children had the opportunity to stay in Adam's beautful 3BR penthouse. The location was perfect, (next to most of the good restaurants and beaches). No more than a 35 minute drive from the airport so its easy. The house was very clean and well maintained. the roof terrace rocked as it was huge and had comfortable seating along with great views of the ocean. The use of his two surfboards along with a roof strap made the trip since we could go to any beach depending on the waves/weather. I would definitely rent here again.

Renting here was extremely enjoyable. The location is close to the beach as well as restaurants. The roof top deck is a great amenity. The surrounding restaurants all have great food however the kitchen is also equipped for cooking. Rincon is wonderful and staying here made our trip fun and easy.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at this awesome condo. It was superb in every way. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and welcoming. The owner was as helpful as could be and he provided great suggestions to the many excellent nearby restaurants (such as Sushi and Thai both a short and pleasant walk). We spent mornings, afternoons, and evenings on the roof deck -- eating breakfast, doing morning yoga, sunbathing, eating dinner, and sipping evening drinks while enjoying the sounds of the Coqui frogs. Not to mention simply enjoying the incredible view! The yoga studio down the road is a beautiful place to practice - beach side, under the tropical canopy. We had several days of good swell and Sandy Beach, one block in front of the condo, was breaking beautifully. Maria's and Domes, just a quick drive, also provided many days of great surf sessions. Snorkeling with the sea turtles at Steps Beach, also a quick drive, was perfect. The location is the best you can get in Puntas and the listing location is accurate. The appearance and amenities were exactly as described and everything you need is available. The kitchen is perfectly stocked to cook any meal; the TV, internet, phone, and music are top-notch; and the beds are super comfy. I will recommend this condo to my friends and family and we will return again!

Today we just finished a wonderful stay in Rincon, one of the nicest places in PR. This place is full of life and avid beach goers and surfers. Sandy Beach is at a short distance from the Phouse (as described). Although this time of the year the Trade Winds shifted from East to West, there still was some wave action and surfers were having a great time. Casa Verde/Rock Bottom Bar & Grill and Tamboo Rest. are walking distance from the complex. The Phouse is very comfortable, clean and has all amenities needed to have a home away from home (description and pics are truly what they show). There is a binder with a restaurant listing, menus included for you to review. If you are an adventurer, like my boys 23 & 17 and me, you can do some walking through the coastline and get to the Rincon Nuclear Plant - Punta Domes Beach (not in service) and to the Rincon Lighthouse. Photography "aficionado" (my daughter 20 and me), not a problem, this is your place for some awesome surfing action, landscapes and sunsets. Just relax, my wife just simply enjoyed the time away from the home routine. Adam, thanks for your timely coms, Family really enjoyed the stay, weather was great and the place - SUPERB! We look forward to go again.

We just returned from a week in Rincon staying at this awesome Penthouse condo. The website description is accurate and everything was clean and well laid out. The rooftop terrace is wonderful for eating, relaxing and sunbathing. Being a family of 6, we ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There are great places to eat within walking distance and others close. Rock Bottom Bar/grill and Tamboo Restaurant are right next door and there is a delicious bakery up the hill. We also had a very good dinner at Shipwreck Bar and Grill. The owner, who was incredibly helpful and very nice, provided list of places to eat and go. Our teenagers ages 18, 17, 16 and 13, surfed for the first time and had a blast. Would highly recommend Carlos, Billy & Coco from the Boardinghouse for surf lessons. Erica, Carlos' wife, was so helpful and truly wants to work with you for the best conditions and places to do lessons. The beach is just a block away and is very sandy which is not always the case along this coast. Wonderful place to vacation and get a real feel for Puerto Rico and we would definitely stay here again!!
