Imagine walking around a beautifully appointed, landscaped grounds in the 50's to 70's in the month of February. The sun is shing brightly, you have just seen your first Las Cruces sunrise! Wait until you see the Spectacular Sunset, when the Organ Mountain turn a blazing orange/red! If you like to excercise you can start over at either club house, with a wide variety of excersize equipment, treadmils, weights, stairsteppers, and much more. How about a swim? The indoor pool is quite nice, and there is a sauna as well. The community is gated, so codes and cards will be available to you. There is cable T.V. with local channels and a new DVD player. There is internet provided in the Condo.

Rented for 1 month in January. The listing was perfect, the photos accurate. There is everything you could imagine in this special little Casita, from laundry soap to pots and pans, dishes and tablecloths. All you bring is food. The indoor pool was warm and the hottub the perfect temperature. Really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this little gem to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

The location was great, the condo had everything we needed. It turned out that the Club House no longer offers WIFI, but it does offer a state-of-the-art fitness center with circuit training, cardio machines and free weights, all free with the condo. The bed was so wonderful we snuck a peek at the brand name. We enjoyed fabulous Dona Ana, Picacho and Organ Mountain views on our walks around the beautifully maintained development, as well as gorgeous sunsets from our living room window. Jennifer's art and other decorator touches enriched our stay Definitely recommend. We love Las Cruces, and recommend Si Senor restaurant.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: After learning the WIFI was no longer offered in the clubhouse, we went ahead and hooked up Wireless Internet in the room! I am so glad the tenants enjoyed their stay. We have tried to make the condo very appealing to the eye, as well as comfortable!

$37.00 per night. Deposit to hold the Condo $250.00. Full deposit $750.00, so $500.00 due upon arrival. $700. refunded after inspection of unit after stay is complete. Will take a check. Minimum stay is 1 MONTH per Association rules. Additonal pet rent $100.00/ month per pet May have 2 - 25 pound dogs. If there is a cancelation for any reason, $250.00 forfeit. $50.00 for cleaning fee

About the owner: I grew up in the military and moved quite a bit. I moved to Las Cruces 23 years ago, and I love it here. I love to hike with my dog in the Organ Mountains. I have 5 acres up near the mountain, so it is just out the door for a lovely walk. I have been a Realtor for 13 years, and previously was a Registered Nurse for 27 years. I retired and went into Real Estate where I am still helping people. I am also an artist, and I paint in all media, but pastel is my favorite. The colors you can get are just awesome. I have done a lot of landscapes, but now mostly do people. I like painting the Tarahumara people as they wear such bright clothes, and have wonderful skin colors. I sell some of my work in galleries, the Adobe Patio Gallery just sold one of mine. I also make prints and cards and sell down at the Farmer's Market ranked #1 in New Mexico and number 9 in the country!
