These two condominiums are just one block away from each other and are just one building away from the beach. (126th and 127th Sts.) Each condo has one king bed, one full/queen bed and one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (single tops/double bottoms). Each condo is perfect for two families!
Pet-friendly for a small fee.
These condominiums are impeccably cared for. We provide all of your soaps (bath, shampoo, laundry, dish and hand soap, along with enough paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) to get you started. All you need to bring are linens and towels.
Cable TV and DVD, VCR's in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Private parking and private balconies. High speed internet in both units.
For your convenience these units have Air Conditioning and heat for winter rentals as well as a full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and a full-size dining table (seats 8 - chairs provided).
Northside Park (bike trails, pond, walking paths, playgrounds, and softball fields) is on Coastal Highway at 127th Street (walking distance from our condos).
Lots to do during the off-season: Winter festival of lights, outlet shopping, fine and causal dining, ice skating, golf, indoor swimming, indoor miniature golf and arcades, boardwalk Playland is open year-round.

Why the Owner Chose Cabana Beach
My husband and I purchased one condo because we found ourselves spending so much time in Ocean City for the Toyota Pro Beach Volleyball tournaments held at the Inlet in Ocean City. We decided to rent it out to off-set our costs so that we could afford it. It went so well and we had so many return renters, that we decided to buy a second one.
We like Northern OC because it is more quiet than the hustle and bustle near the boardwalk, but still close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy it.
Northside Park (on the bayside from us) is also quite a plus. It's beautiful and there's lots to do there. We like to take walks around the beautiful pond. Also, the Winter Festival of Lights is held there every winter, which we love year after year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our property is just one building away from the beach. A perfect location, if you'd like to leave the beach for a bathroom or lunch break. Our units are roomy and accommodate 2 families with ease. Accommodations in Ocean City that are so close to the beach can be a somewhat expensive, but by accommodating two families, we make it more affordable.
Our units offer fully equipped kitchens, a TV in every room and high speed internet. We provide all of your soaps (hand, bath, shampoo, laundry and dish soaps) and enough paper products (toilet tissue and paper towels) to get you started. You won't find many places that do that!
Owner's Map of Cabana Beach
I grew up going to Ocean City, MD one week every summer with my family. It was the highlight of our year.
My husband and I have three elementary school-aged children and we all LOVE the beach. We travel often, mostly because of sports (particularly volleyball.) My husband and I play and our kids are beginning to play as well. We are also in to soccer, tennis and swimming.
I enjoy managing our properties and getting to "meet" so many fun people.

very clean, roomie, comfy, with a big deck, to view the ocean and relax. My mother took us on our first family vacation, their were 9 of us ranging from 66 to 6 years of age and this condo was accomadating to all of us, it made our vaca. extra special!!! The owner is very great to deal with, thanks Jeanne for making this trip feel like home. Hope to be able to return.

We love this rental property! There are many personal touches that add to the experience that makes the stay even more pleasant. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that the property is pet friendly! It is difficult to find a comfortable and clean property that allows pets. This is certainly one of them! It is truly a pleasure to spend time with my family (dog included) in such a comfortable atmosphere.

My sisters,nieces,aunt,cousins and I have stayed in both condos. They are both roomy, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for shopping at the outlets in Delaware and enjoying the good eats in Ocean City. Owners are very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend either condo :)

What a great condo! Clean, comfortable, and convenient! Very large - good for a big family (like ours) or two families. The condo owners think of everything and provide more than what is usual. Great communication also. We would definately recommend this condo to a friend and we already plan to re-book for next year.
