The beach house is located directly on the beautiful sand beach, a stones throw from the water. From the property, you can see Big Bay State Park, Long Island (one of the Apostle Islands), and the Porcupine Mountains across the bay in Michigan.
The beach house has a deck where you can lounge and take-in the changing moods of Lake Superior. If beach combing is your thing, there is a gentle walk down a sandy trail to the waters edge. Enjoy a bonfire at water's edge, or enjoy the great swimming.
Madeline Island resurfaced it's roads and the asphalt is great for bicycling, rollerblading and walking. There are 3 bikes and 2 kayaks available for guest use.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this wonderful bare foot beach cabin! The kids had a lot of fun playing in the water and on the beach! You couldn't find a better spot to stay!

We loved our stay at this cozy, comfortable cabin with wonderful amenities. It is literally located on a nice sandy beach with wonderful views. The cabin comes equipped with everything you need, including extras like kayaks, games, movies etc. The owners are very helpful and are prompt with responses to any inquiries you may have. Our boys ages 13 and 10 had a blast staying at the cabin and enjoyed the use of kayaks, bikes and making fires on the beach at sunset. We hardly wanted to go into town as we were so relaxed just staying at the cabin/beach.
Recommended for:Pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
