Welcome to Encino Lane-a relaxing ocean getaway! This stylish 1 bedroom/1 bath vacation rental is only 200 yards from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the pier. Our rental has been completely remodeled and updated with an all NEW furniture, new fixtures and tile work in the bathroom and kitchen, refinished hardwood floors, and stainless appliances. Included for your enjoyment is a well-appointed kitchen and a comfortable living room area (two sofas and a recliner) with a flat screen television and a vast selection of HD cable channels. The bedroom has a peek-a-boo ocean view and a cozy queen bed, and is complete with its own smaller television. The lush backyard opens up to a peaceful canyon and is complete with a gas grill, patio chairs and dining table, and a relaxing fountain. We’re pleased to provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and an ice chest upon request. Laundry facilities are available if needed. Additionally, there is a place in the driveway to park as well as ample street parking. This is the perfect place to recharge and relax!
Take a short 5-minute walk down the street and you can visit Casa Romantica, the historic Spanish Colonial Revival estate of San Clemente founder Ole Hanson. It is a must see! Also, just down the hill is Linda Lane park and an entrance to the beach trail.
Just a five-minute walk up the street brings you to all the shops and restaurants of Del Mar, the quaint downtown area of San Clemente. There are many outstanding restaurants, stylish boutiques, antique shops, surf shops as well as coffee and teahouses. There is also an amazing Farmer’s market every Sunday on Del Mar until noon.
We are interested in renting this for a weekend stay (2 night min.), by the week, or for the month.
NEARBY-We are conveniently located approx. 25 miles south of Orange County Airport. Disneyland & Knott’s Berry Farm are just 40 minutes away. Or you can jump on the train for a fun adventure rolling down the coast to San Diego and Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo, or a history trip to the USS Midway! Dana Point Harbor is just 5 miles away with sport fishing, sailing or jet skiing.
Head one exit south and you will find world-renowned famous surfing beaches at San Onofre/Trestles beaches. Or go to Laguna Beach, with its fine art galleries and eateries, which lies just up Pacific Coast Highway. Even closer is the jewel in the crown of California’s 18th century restored missions, Mission San Juan Capistrano in the heart of old San Juan.
OUR TOWN-Known for having the best climate in the world, San Clemente has been described as one of Southern California's last remaining sleepy old beach towns and offers something for everyone. Take a walk, run, or bike ride every morning down along the beach trail (easy access from your apartment, map provided). Visit Sunday’s downtown Farmers’ market, Surf contests, the Pier and many restaurants, Del Mar Street and the famous Ocean festival. In the summer, there are Concerts by the Sea, weekly art walks, and classic car shows to keep you entertained.

My wife and I had a friend's wedding to attend and we were looking for a quiet place with a full kitchen that was close to the beach. This place fit the bill perfectly-it was removed from all the other hotels and business of the pier area, yet close enough that we were able to walk everywhere! One of the things we really enjoyed were our nightly walks down the street to take in the sunset after cooking dinner. The unit itself was super clean, stylish, and the photos/description matched exactly with what we experienced. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
