Beautiful mountain views of the sunset and sunrise, ideal retreat center or for family reunions located on 420 acres in the Cherokee National Forest. You rent the ENTIRE ranch during your stay, so all 420 acres are yours and yours alone!
Relax by the heated pool or hang out in the pavillion or on the deck and take in the lake with the mountains behind. Feel the mountains around you as you relax in one of four authentic log cabins. Enjoy the Sport court for basketball, tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, hopscotch, four square, or badminton. Other ammenities on sight include a golf hole, labrynth, heated pool, hot tub, hiking trails, pond, fire pit, a grill with one side using charcoal and wood and the other using propane, pavillions, seasonal fruit trees, and fishing across the street on the wake speed only lakes.
With 3 full kitchens, one with double appliances and a large dining room, it is perfect for family get togethers. The Deer bedroom cabin has a yoga room for relaxing retreats.
We do allow trucks on the trails but no ATV's or golf carts for safety reasons. No hunting is allowed.
Bear Cabin--1 Bedroom with King and Twin Bed, Full Kitchen and bath downstairs, stone fireplace, 2 sleeper sofas, upstairs loft with 2 Queen Beds, 2 Double Beds,2 Twin Beds, 1 Futon with full bath. Full seating around the deck with amazing lake and mountain views leads to the pool, hot tub, all weather pavilion, and stone fire pit. The grill on the deck has one side that uses a propane tank to cook, and the other that uses charcoal and/or wood to grill. The Bear Cabin has wifi. The Bear Cabin has the only television hooked up to DirecTV. There are extra tables and chairs to eat inside and accomodate large groups. The pebbleteck saline system pool is 15 X 30 feet with ledges to sit on, a diving board, and has a pool level basketball goal nearby.
Moose Cabin--1 Bedroom with King and Twin Bed, 1 Futon, Full Kitchen with chest freezer, full bath, and a porch swing. It is next to the Sport Court and Pavillion.
Sport Court--A lit court located behind the Moose Cabin with basketball, tennis, volleyball, badminton, hopscotch, four square, and shuffle board. Guests must supply their own balls for the Sport Court. An all-weather pavilion is located nearby to watch the athletes.
It is a two minute drive by car, a 5 minute walk down a concrete paved hill, or a 10 minute walk up the same hill that separates the Bear and Moose Cabins from the Deer Cabins.
Deer Kitchen Cabins--Kitchen has double appliances and is meant for serving large groups in the dining room. 2.5 baths, one with a handicapped wheelchair accessible shower, and 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds. There is an RV power hook up located outside this cabin.
Deer Bedroom Cabin--2 full baths with 6 Bedrooms. 4 Queen Beds, 2 Double Beds, and a Day Bed with a trundle bed that can become a king bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in the main room. The main room is a perfect yoga room.
Check In is at 3 PM and Check Out is at 10 AM.
30 minutes from Rome, Shorter University, Berry College and Georgia Highlands Floyd Campus. Easy 90 minute drive from Atlanta, 70 minutes from Chattanooga, TN, and a 2 hour drive from Birmingham, AL.
We send our guests information about area attractions, including nearby restaurants and grocery stores once the rental is paid in full. Rome is a great small city with an amazing, vibrant downtown area for shopping and eating at unique restaurants. Rome has 3 universities/colleges and a huge medical community that is a hub for the surrounding counties in Georgia and Alabama for shopping, dining, education, and medicine. We also have more detailed local attraction information in each of the cabins for all the guests staying at the ranch. The nearest grocery store is Walmart/Sam's 20 minutes from the ranch.

My sisters and steps surprised my Dad and step-mom with a trip including all of the children, grandchildren and one great grand-child, something we've never been able to accomplish before. The accommodations were perfect for all 26 of us (18 adults and 8 children), and even better, the double kitchen in Deer Cabin fit my husband's needs perfectly, as he cooked for all 26 people. We enjoyed the views, hiking, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit and having family time in Bear Cabin and my Dad and step-Mom enjoyed their quiet time in the Moose Cabin. We would love to be able to get everyone together again and Many Streams Ranch seems like the perfect place for us. We had our company retreat at Many Streams Ranch. It is always difficult to accomidate an entire office for a retreat, with many different interests. The property exceeded our expectations. Laura was extremely helpful during the entire process. We had more than enough accomidations for our group. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. This place has it all! Me and a group of friends stayed here for the weekend and we couldn't have had a better time. There were 30 of us total and this place is sooo big it had plenty of room for everyone. The cabins were extremely nice and so neat. The best part is the view! The fire pit was extremely useful and the pool looked so inviting. Too bad is way to cold to swim but we were able to use the gigantic hot tub! I will defiantly be coming back to stay again very soon. Thanks again Laura for an unbelievable weekend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My Son and New Daughter held their wedding reception next door to Many Streams at "The Farm". Many Streams was crucial to accomodate many of our out of town family guests. Many Streams was aboslutely perfect. Our family loved the accomodations, beautiful views, convenient to the Church in Rome and the reception right next door. Many Streams helped make many wonderful memories for our special occasion. Laura was so helpful and great to work with. We are now planning a family renunion to go back to this perfect getaway! This is the second year WEB Atlanta has held their Annual Planning Meeting at Many Streams Ranch. Every meeting attendee thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Everything was beautiful at Many Streams Ranch. The facilities, the view, the pool, fire pit and sports court were all great fun too! The owners provided plenty of towels, linens and water. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday at Many Streams Ranch this past weekend. I can't say enough good things about it. The views are spectacular, and the kids practically lived in the pool. The fire pit was awesome. My husband and I enjoyed a hike out to "Sunset." Also, we were thrilled to be greeted by a wild turkey running wild in front of the Deer Cabins. Our friends and I would love to return every year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We hosted our family reunion at MSR in July 2012. The owners do a great job providing information related to the ranch and area surrounding it. The pool provided many hours of entertainment. The view was incredible. All three cabins were suitible and had a rustic feel. There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. If you have a large group and need space, MSR provides it. You can't beat the price.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. All guests must sign a rental contract and provide a driver's license copy with a valid address to reserve the dates on our calendar.

- Cleaning Fee: $350 + tax
- Refundable Damage Deposit: $500
- Tax Rate 2.7%
Cancellation policy:
CANCELLATION - No Cash Refunds Are Given. Only checks are given as a refund that follows the agreements in this contract. If the Guest cancels for any reason, the 50% reservation deposit can be transferred to a new stay within 365 days after the day of cancellation. The rebooked reservation will be at the current rates and not the rate of the previous contract. If these original dates are rebooked by another party after a cancellation, the Owner will charge a $500 rebooking fee from the 50% reservation deposit, and will return the remaining amount to the Guest. NO SHOW POLICY - The total amount of the reservation will be charged.

About the owner: My husband and I have slowly added to the ranch to make it an ideal place for anyone to stay and enjoy nature, but have all the modern amenities.
Why the Owner Chose Rome:
We bought the property because it is close to where we live, but feels like we drove for hours once we get there because the beauty is unbelievable.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Our family enjoys swimming, hiking, playing on the Sport Court, golfing, picking blackberries and strawberries in June, mountain blueberries in July, apples in August. We love looking at the stars at night and the Milky Way clearly above our heads. Watching the sunrise over the pool, mountains, and the lake is one of our favorite family activies, as well as driving to the ridge to see the sun set over Lookout Mountain, GA.
