Our unit is a contemporary style townhouse in a gated complex with on-site 24 hour security. It is an end unit with no one above or below you. Updated with hardwood floors and fireplace. Nice open spacious feeling, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
On the upstairs level there is master suite with a king bed with its own private bathroom with two sinks. Also upstairs there is another guest bathroom and guest bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a full size bed right outside the guest bedroom in the small loft area above the stairway. There is a half bath downstairs off the kitchen. All linens and towels included and we provide six beach towels, six beach chairs, 5 boogie boards, tennis rackets and balls.
The deck off the livingroom has a barbecue and table and chairs. In a short one minute walk from the front door and you will be at the top of the bluff where there is a sitting area with full panoramic white water views of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful sunsets. In another few minutes walk down the steps from there to the sand.
Enjoy a day or evening game of tennis right outside your door. The pool,jacuzzi, rec room with pingpong and pool table and tennis courts all conveniently situated next to each other is an approximately 2 minute walk from front door.
Two blocks east is the Cedros Design District and Flower Hill Mall with stores and shops, and restaurant (with cinemas). One block east directly across the street is fine dining at the Pacific Cafe Grill and family dining at California Pizza Kitchen, as well as a coffeehouse, Coldstone, take-out, a cleaners, and Long's Drugs.
The upscale town of Del Mar is a 5 minute drive away with oceanview restaurants, outdoor mall, shops, etc.
Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds is 1/2 mile away. Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World and the Wild Animal Park are each only a ½ hour drive.
Horseback riding and water sport activities nearby. Golfing at La Costa Resort, Encinitas Public Golf Course or Torrey Pines Municipal Golf Course, 10-15 minutes away. Hike Torrey Pines Nature Reserve. Take the train just a walk away and be in downtown San Diego in no time. 5 to 10 minute drive to the quaint town of Del Mar with great restaurants right on the sand. Short drive to beautiful downtown LaJolla as well.
