  We rented this property for two weeks. The house location was good and the View was amazing. Unfortunately there were a few things we were not happy with during our rental. We were charged exactly same for the second week as the first week yet no one came in to clean the house after the first week. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom downstairs so the upstairs gets warm. There are minimum water toys at the house. There was a kayak at the house but it was locked up and we were not provided the keys. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We paid for two weeks stay but were only provided one week worth of supplies. We had to provide supplies for second week even though we were not given a price break for the second week’s stay (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). There is no taxi service in Haleiwa or surrounding area.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this beach house. It has a homey feel to it not the typical Spartan feel of a rental. It has the best view on the island. It feels as if it is your own personal Eden. An upstairs and downstairs fridge and the dishwasher are great ammenities. I highly recommend this house over the hustle and bustle of Waikiki if you are looking to relax and enjoy your stay on Oahu.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

  We've had a great time at Haleiwa Beach Bungalow. The location is awesome, the house is perfect The price is reasonable The beach is very quiet and almost private. We can recommend this house very much to everyone who wants to be in paradise

  I'm hesitant to recommend this property in fear that everyone will want to use it. It was our best stay in the Hawaiian Island, and we have made 6 trips.

  Beautiful home,beautiful location...everything was wonderful for our family of 4! The kids could swim out front and our son could walk over to the Haleiwa State Beach for better waves to surf. Everyone in town was very friendly.Home was tastefully decorated/updated - stocked with everything we needed. The dishwasher broke while we were there and was replaced by the next day - excellent service from HBH.The only suggestion I would have for the owners would be to provide an armoire or someplace to hang clothes in downstairs (master ) bedroom - but that's it! No complaints...we didn't want to leave!! When we come back, this will be our first choice!

  Wonderful Stay at Haleiwa Beach Bungalow in North Shore I just wantd to let you know how wonderful our stay was at the Haleiwa Beach Bungalow in North Shore. We have travel as a group to three different islands, in 5 trips, and this is by far was our most enjoyable. The property had "tons" of room for the seven of us and never felt cramped or confined. The sunny deck and the shady deck were perfect for all of us.Having a sandy beach right in front of us to go out and swim was great. The property was clean and neat. I gave this a 5 star recommendation on the form sent to me for evaluation. I slept great!! Well thank you again, we will be looking to use your service next year, maybe at a different island, or maybe at the Haleliwa Beach Bungalow if we stay on the North Shore.

  AMAZING HOME AND BEACH! Loved everything about this house and location! Kiaka Beach is amazing and quiet, the llittle town is spectacular yet close to Honolulu. I would highly recommend Haleiwa Beach Bungalow for anyone looking to have a provate beachfront vacation. Thanks so much!

  We (two senior couples) recently spent a week at Haleiwa Beach Bungalow. This Haleiwa gem was everything as advertised and more.Cleanliness was impecable. The layout of the home was very functional and the upper and lower decks/lanias made everything enjoyable. The view is stunning, no matter what time of day. There is always a refreshing breeze to ward off the effects of the hot sun. The deck was made for post sunset star gazing. And, everything that was needed for an extended stay was provided. Also, the town of Haleiwa provided many tourist style stores as well as good food, entertainament, and -shaved ice! This beachfront home is the only way to see and experience O'ahu. Regardless if your visit is the first, or one of many, your stay will be all the better if you can rent this house. Hotels may be nice and glitzy, but this is the only way to experience the natural treasures of O'ahu.

  If you're looking for the realHawaiian "local" experience you can't beat this property and location. The property is quiet,private and makes you feel like your part of the community. The lanai view and constant ocean sounds are non stop.Jason and Janine are wonderful hosts and were easy to work with. I have 2 regrets:I wish I could come back sooner and or could afford to buy the property. Aloha!!
