Mariner Pass condo description
Are you ready to relax, unwind and enjoy all that Orange Beach and the Gulf Coast have to offer & make some great memories? Well, we've got the perfect spot for you. You'll love relaxing in our newly appointed condo after a day of playing on the beach. The home features (2) TWO Master Suites, separated by the living area for extra privacy. This is great for two couples or Family reunions. You can snuggle up in a King size pillowtop bed in the 1st Master Bedroom and enjoy the privacy of the ensuite bath complete with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The 2nd Master features Queen Bed with pillowtop mattress & Croscill Luxury Bedding. Both have Flat Screen Tvs & DVD players. There is even a third bedroom with two premium twin beds for either a third couple or children. A third full bath serves this bedroom.
The spacious living and dining room is newly appointed with comfortable furnishings - both a sleeper sofa and a sleeper loveseat, a big stuffed chair & a funky side chair. Put your feet up while watching a movie on the new HD Flat screen TV. There's a bistro height table with six chairs and additional dining space for two at the kitchen bar or pull the bar stools over to the table. You can wash beach towels and clothing conveniently in the unit itself - no need to lug it to a laundry room. This 2nd floor unit is super convenient for all your family and friends and it's located right at the elevator & the parking deck ramp, so it's handicap accessible. There are large sliding doors in both Masters and the Living room that lead to the very spacious lanai for great outdoor dining. You even have great viewsof the pool area and the Marina right from your lanai. In the Summer Season there's music on Thursday through Saturday nights across the water at the famous 'Tacky Jack's' - listen from your balcony.
Our condo also features a private covered parking space, so you don't have to worry about a parking spot & the car isn't hot when your ready to leave. There are dining choices are availble just a short walk away at San Roc Cay, including our favorite, Louisianna Laniappe or just a short drive under the bridge to Cobalt's, a gourmet restaurant.
Mariner Pass is a newer building located in the middle of loads of activities and dining, yet it's small and uncrowded. There are only 59 units in this complex and it's never all occupied, even in the peak of the season. That's because most units are used by the owners and their families only as second homes. The location on Cotton Bayou across from the beach affords relaxing entertainment from private balconies as you sip a cold drink and watch the boats pass by. The Blue Herons wade in the reeds along the bank looking for their catch as the Brown Pelicans perform swan dives to capture their dinner. With it's own private Marina, boating and fishing are right at your fingertips.
You can walk to San Roc Cay and go Deep Sea or Back Bay Fishing, rent a Jet Ski, visit the many shops, and choose from four dining venues. The Gulf State Park is just a minute by car over the Alabama Point Bridge. It's just beautiful, less crowded than the beaches behind the condos, and best of all, it's FREE. You could stay busy all week just in Orange Beach or there's even more to do in Gulf Shores, Foley, Dauphin Island, Mobile and Pensacola. We know you'll have a great time here and you'll be planning your next visit even before you leave.

Beautiful condo, just not much in the way of kitchen utensils or bath towels. Would have liked to have had better beach access and views. On the plus side it was great to have the boat dock so close and handy.

Best Family Vacation
Best Family Vacation
What a fabulous time! The rental was perfect for our family needs! Property was just like the pictures and description...the balony was bigger than expected and became favorite spot for most meals. Beds were very good which is important because that can make or break a vacation. Working with Kim was so easy! We are already looking at the calendar and planning a return trip! From my parents who were celebrating their 50 year wedding anniversary, to my nephew that just graduated high school, to my young boys of 5 and 3, a great time was had by each age group! We loved being on the marina side away from crowds and short drive to public beach, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants was easy.

Above Our Expectations
Above Our Expectations
Mariner Pass is an excellent vacation condo! The two pools are great and the facility is very well maintained. The grounds are also very clean and well cared for. We saw the dolphins on three separate mornings right off the end of our docks; very cool! We also bought fishing licenses and caught several fish right off the docks. Overall, this was a perfect 10 day vacation, and we plan to return in the future. The balcony views are stunning, and the condo rooms are very spacious and well laid out. Try Grazies pizza in San Roc Cay; it was delicious! Oh, and Kim (the property manager) is fantastic! She made the process so easy and accommodating.

What fun! Something in Orange Beach for every age group: golf, beach, pool (great indoor and outdoor pools at the condo), sight seeing, restaurants, shopping at the discount mall or just simply sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the water and the activity of the marina. Several of our early risers were even lucky enough to catch the dolphins playing in front of the marina. Watching fireworks from the balcony July 4th was fun for all ages and the display of fireworks in front of the condo July 6th was fantastic. The condo accommodations worked well for us and the convenience of the second floor unit to the elevator and parking deck was super. Everything is here for you to have a wonderful vacation. We did.

Manager response: Thanks so much for your wonderful review! This condo at Mariner Pass is a fantastic value for the quality, decor, layout of the unit and the great complex. There is no better location for a smaller condo building than Mariner Pass with the Gulf and the State Park out the front and the beautiful bay out back. Lots to do and great for people of all ages.
We stayed a week. Loved it everything was clean and accurately described. The only complaint is that the can opener doesn't work. Everything else was great!

Oh Boy! What a great place. We had so much fun and everything was so nice. The condo was much prettier than the photos really showed. I am saving up for another visit at the end of September. It was great being able to bring my boat and take my family all over the area by boat. The kids loved it.

Why Mariner Pass:
The property is a great size with just 59 units, so it's never crowded. There's a common area beach on the bay between Mariner Pass and the property next door. It's great fun to relax on the deck and watch all the activity going on in the bay - there are boats of all types going by, pelicans, herons, gulls, terns, ducks, and dolphins, children playing in the pool and adventuring along the shoreline, and people on the two piers readying their boats and fishing from the ends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo is one of the few in the building with two (2) Master Suites separted by the living area, very private- perfect for 2 couples. There's a private marina with two piers and 2 fish cleaning stations
