We rented this property for a total of 13 people for March break 2012. Everyone had lots of room, the house was very clean and the pool/spa worked great. The kitchen was great for all the meals with all the people we had. For one of the families it was there first time in Hilton Head and this property provided some very positive memories. The managment was very attentive to any questions we had. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The time we spent at this vacation house was fabulous. It is spacious and beautifully appointed with a gorgeous pool and easy access to the beach. We would have liked to have used the hot tub but did not realize to ask for the heater to be on. We hated to leave - wished we could have just stayed and stayed!

Thank you Dawn for the wonderful week our family had in Hilton Head celebrating our 50 th wedding anniversary. Everyone was thrilled with their rooms and especially the well appointed kitchen. Location was convenient to beach, bike path and grocery at Coligny Plaza. Grandkids loved our private pool. One said it was the best house she had ever been in and didn'n want to leave. The house was a wonderful fit for five families.

W O W !!! What a house and oh so convenient. We rented this house for a week and had 12 people. There was plenty of space. The beds were so luxorious and everyone commented on how well they slept. This is always a concern for me since I never sleep very well. The convenience to Coligny is very nice. Dawn was avaliable the couple of times we called and very responsive. There were NO issues with the house, and we just really enjoyed it. OK, yeah, the valve on the gas grill was open and there was no propane, but, we decided not to fill it or use the grill. There was plenty of dining space -- 2 tables and a kitchen counter. The baths in the bedrooms were really nice -- big showers in all baths and big baths. Fans in all bedrooms helped comfort. I loved this house. One of my relatives commented -- "This house is nice than I could have imagined. If I owned this, I would never rent it out." Everyone was really impressed and we all enjoyed the property tremendously! What a gem!

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW BEAUTIFUL YOUR HOME IS. EVERYTHING WE NEED WAS AVAILABLE. ALL THE UPDATED MODERN APPLIANCES, HOT TUB WHICH WE LOVED. THE HOUSE IS CONVIENTLY LOCATED WITH ALL SHOPS AND SHOPPING RIGHT THERE FOR FOOD, GREAT RESTAURANTS AND A FRENCH BAKERY, NOT TO MENTIONED YOU CAN WALK ACROSS THE STREET RIGHT TO THE BEACH. HATED TO LEAVE THAT WONDERFUL HOUSE, CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A WONDERUL VACATION.

Overall we were satisfied with our week stay at this vacation home but had some disapointments along the way. The property was cleaned and well maintained however the upstairs thermostat did not work and there were a few extremely cold nights where we were very uncomfortable. Furthermore we prepared all this food for a bbq only to find out that the gas grill did not work. We had to purchase our own grill from the local Home Depot. In the meantime we continuously contacted Dawn leaving voice messages of the issues we were encountering and the questions we had and not one of of our calls were returned. I finally caught up with her at 11:30 at night and ask that she contact me the next day to discuss my concerns especially the thermostat and she never did. Again the house was lovely and the location was good but because of the customer service I would not recommend this house. Our issues were not extremely major but i hate to think that if they were (the agents that claim they are minutes away from the home and could be of service immediately) there was no one to contact. The non responsiveness we received was rude, unacceptable and extremely disapointing.

Owner response:I am extremely sorry this guest had a problem reaching me. Their stay was over the Winter holidays and at the time of there rental I was going through a major family crisis that is now completely resolved. I take the utmost pride in my customer service and unfortunately during a time of personal tragedy I conducted my business in a less professional manner. This time has passed and I assure you I will not let calls or issues go unanswered in the future.

Perfect Vacation!

We are a very large family. Mom, Dad and five kids. Believe it or not, the entire family has never been on vacation together. It was always hard to get all five kids free at the same time. September 07 was the first time in 50 years, the entire family went on vacation together!! The adventure of the lifetime. A perfect family vacation. The house was the perfect in size, shape, location, and decor. Dawn and staff were the best to make this an enjoyable vacation. Service and amenities completed the stay.

Our very large family spent 4 days in your beautiful house. We felt very at home there. You provided EVERYTHING we could possibly need. We want to come beck to this very house again. It was far and above anything I could imagine. The pictures did not do it justice. We all had a wonderful time and hated to leave this beautiful house.

Funny story- John Travolta's lawyer was staying across the street and him and his wife came over to check out the house we were staying in... which was much better than their's!!! ;)

Just wanted you to know that everyone was in awe of the house! It was gorgeous and fit our needs perfectly! Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We are hoping that we can return next year and trying to get commitments to return to this lovely house. Of course we are very partial to N Forest and the location of the house was perfect to Coligny, the beach, everywhere.

15 North Forest Beach Drive at Hilton Head Island, SC, was all you advertised and more. The seven (7) bedroom, five (5) and 1/4 bathroom home was an excellent choice for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and to have our adult children, their spouses and our grand children there to celebrate with us. The linen closet was fill to overflowing with linens and towels, we gave your washer and dryer a work-out. Your media room and living room gave us ample opportunity to visit with each other and with a television in every room, there was never any worry about watching ones favorite program. The kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils, pots, pans dishes, etc. We were thankful there were two refrigerators as we kept them stocked with food and drinks the whole time. I was the heroine of the week for finding such a jewel. Since everyone in our family swims, the pool and spa had a lot of use. In fact, with the beach being only a block away, I thought they would be there every day but they only went twice. The outside furniture and grill was also well used. This was one of our best family vacations.

We stayed the second week the house was available and had a tremendous week. The location could not be any better, with walking a block to the beach,and a block to Pigly Wiggly(which is huge when your feeding 6 kids and 6 adults )Awesome having your pool in the front of the house with jaccuzi.

Dear Dawn, It was soooooooooo terrific......Thanks for the incredible weather ! Your house is fantastic, and we did enjoy the many miles of bike paths and trails. We rode for 2 hours each ride and saw so much beauty. Running on the beach, in the morning proved to be just too hot, so we ran along the beutiful inner streets.
