This custom built app 8000 sq/ft home & casita with Bungalow/ Pavilion is designed for the ultimate in comfort and luxury. Located on 1-2 acre with 6 other houses in a gated community, all details have been considered for the greatest enjoyment and Privacy.
The grand entrance is accented with water features and Mediterranean grand arched doors. Once inside, there is a formal living & dining room, an elegant granite breakfast bar, top of the line appliances, 2 large Refrigerator, and Pool table and other games in grand room. The master bedroom has its own fireplace, Double Pillow top King Mattress, Large Jacuzzi Tub/ Granite Shower and Large walk in closet. Bedroom 1 has a King bed with Fireplace and small Refrigerator with a walk in closet, large balcony, and large bath. Bedroom 2 has a King bead with a walk in closet, large balcony, and large bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and an adjacent bath. The Casita has 2 bedrooms and a large bath. One bedroom with a King Bed the other with a pillow top queen Bed and a bonus pullout sofa. There is an air conditioned Pavilion (1000 sq foot outdoor kitchen, Bar, Shade Pool party area)
Some of the spectacular finishes include interlocking travertine flooring, vaulted ceiling, super custom doors, custom balconies, custom exterior, custom 150 foot salt water pool, a Custom digital sound system inside and out. Pocket doors open to the outdoor expansive area around pool. (watch out for the rock Alligators!) The Gym is a smaller work out area but just enough to tone for a good vacation.

My family stayed here in February and had a fantastic experience. Everything was first class. The home is beautiful and spacious. The pool and hot tub are great for both adults and kids. We had 3 three-year olds who loved playing in the shallow ends of the lazy river. And the owner was very responsive. I can't say enough about this home. We hope to be back next year. We have rented homes in several Golfing destination around the country and this one stacks up with the best. The location was great. Close to great courses and the home was as advertised. This home is exactly as advertised! The interior is well appointed and spacious, while the backyard is perfect for entertaining. The pool is great for both children and adults, which includes a shallow section for lounging and two hot tubs. The 6 bedrooms and separate casita ensures that everyone gets their privacy. Our group of family and friends had an incredible golfing vacation, in part thanks to this ideal home base. This property serves as the perfect "19th hole", no need to stick around the clubhouse at the course when you have a better one all to yourself! The small neighbourhood is gated, and felt very private and secure. I will certainly be looking to stay here next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Me and a big group of my friends had a perfect getaway a couple weekends ago in this vacation home. Everything was provided including towels, kitchenware, basic necessities and beyond. We immediately felt like home, very clean and beautifully decorated. The backyard and pool was gorgeous. We all spent most of our time on this property and never got bored because there was so much to do! We didn't need to worry about security at all, great privacy. A little confusing to control electronics at first, but figured things out eventually. Definitely recommend it to all ages! Thank you, owner, so much for providing this beautiful home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just returned from a fabulous 3 day vacation at this amazing house. We were able to get my sister & husband, son & fiance and daughter & boyfriend all together with pleanty of space for everyone. The pool had someone in it all the time and we barbequed every night. It was also great that we could not hear the snoring or TV of the person in the room next to us!! What a great, relaxing time.We highly recommend this beautiful property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a great HOUSE ! Warm and inviting! We were looking for a resort atmosphere without the crowds! This house was so comfortable and perfect for our weekend get together with 4 families. Great kitchen, open and spacious living areas. Decor,color scheme and furnishings were all especially nice ! Back yard was very private with a really relaxing salt water pool and 2 jacuzzi's. The house was everything we were looking for! We will definitely consider going back there again! Casita was great separate building for the teens to call there own.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I planned a 30th birthday for my husband and a few of our friends (we stayed the last weekend in June 2011). Everyone was AMAZED when they saw this house. We expected something that was beautiful but had no idea how spacious and breathtaking this house would be. The backyard was amazing and we spent a lot of time in the pool and BBQ area (the pool has a great section where you can lounge in your chair...but still in the water). The house was huge and it was nice that every couple could have their own room/bathrrom. Also, the casita was very comfortable and had plenty of sleeping room and it was very convenient having a second kitchen. My favorite part had to be the master bath....the walk in closet, separate shower, and the HUGE tub....I couldn't have asked for more. My husband loved the house and having such an amazing house made celebratating his 30th that much more fun and memorable. Thank you for everything!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I planned a special 30th birthday weekend for my boyfriend at this amazing house. It was like being in paridise!! The house was clean and was beautiful. We never left the backyard,everything we needed was right there, They were more than helpful and was avaliable for any questions we had. I can't wait to plan another weekend here VERY SOON. About the owner: I am from Michigan originally. Moved to Palm Desert(CA)approx 2005. I have lived in France, Canada, Germany, Indonesia, Spain, Mexico, Costa Rica and Japan. I spend most of my time surfing during the summer months and love the Desert during the winter months. I speak several languages. I studied at Peperdine and Law School at Cal Western. I really enjoy golf and tennis year round. During the warmer winters in the desert, I enjoy designing and building homes and buildings. I love gardening, interior design, photography, music and dance. This home in Laguna Seca is one of the nicest homes in the desert. I know that anyone who stays here will fall in love!
