Our oceanfront condo is in Breakaway East between 134th and 135th street in north Ocean City. The expansive beach allows your family plenty of room to spread out. Restaurants, miniature golf and shopping are all within walking distance. The Ocean City Trolley stops at the corner to whisk you to the wonderful boardwalk or other attractions in minutes.
The ocean views are spectacular and can be enjoyed from the balcony, family room and master bedroom. The shared front balcony enjoys a beautiful view of the sunset.
Our unit is located on the second floor of a five floor condo building and can be accessed via elevator or stairs. There is a full kitchen with all necessary cookware, dishes and utensils. There is a dishwasher for your convenience. The dining area seats six and is open to the family room and enjoys views of the ocean. The family room has a queen sized pull out sofa, love seat, and recliner. The TV/DVD and game systems are also located in the family room.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, TV/DVD and attached private full bath. You can walk out from the master to the oceanfront balcony. The guest bedroom holds two twin beds, a large dresser and desk. Full bath is located in the hall just outside the doorway. Linen service can be purchased for an additional fee.
The unit has two assigned parking spaces in the front lot. Additional parking in designated visitor spaces or on the street. At each end of the building there are showers to rinse off for your convenience.
The beaches are well guarded by the Ocean City lifeguards daily. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented for the day or week.
