This condo is top of the line and best of the best. Enjoy beautiful brazillian koa hardwork floors and gleaming granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom.
This third floor one bedroom, one bath unit offers a queen bed as well as a full size futon sofa. The two leather split back chairs combine together to make a twin size bed as well thus accommodating up to five people comfortably. The condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. The kitchen and linens are fully stocked.
Handy amenities include a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player for movie nights in the living room and a flat screen TV in the bedroom. Wireless high-speed Internet is provided in the unit for your convenience.

We have just arrived from Ontario to the apartment and found it in great condition, very clean and just as the photos displayed. Wilma is excellent to deal with and a great communicator to any of our questions. We are staying three months and will be leaving some small items we have purchased since arriving, i.e. clothes hangers, cork screw ( to celebrate arriving safe and sound) some floor cleaning swiffers etc. Its great to look out the window and see the Gulf with the palm tree waving to us. Will follow up with another update in Feb, but I must say what a great start to our stay. Thanks Wilma.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family stayed in this unit, July 2011. Rather disappointed in the housekeeping for this unit. Upon checking in the floors were very dirty, stovetop had food wedged in between the stove and countertop, coffeepot was not clean, some utensils were not clean. I ended up cleaning all the utensils before using. There was not a DVD player as stated in amenity listing. The sheets provided did not fit the couch and there was only one set, no blankets. I think if the housekeeping was high priority, this unit would be much more enjoyable. I feel we left the unit cleaner than it was when we arrived. The pictures reflect the unit accurately. Nice area for pets.Recommended for: Pet owners.
