  Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. I came here with my daughter and family for our vacation. It was awesome, Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Citrus Orchard, Cocoa Beach, gift shops and Universal were just awesome!!! This house was great and the pool was wonderful, we all loved it, especially the grandkids. We will always remember this time that we spent together..thanks again! Lovely home, would come again!!!

  Thank yo so much fo rletting us stay in your beautiful home during March break 2013. Everything was perfect! Great location to access Daytona Beach, West Orland Trail System, Blue Springs, etc. It was also fun just to hang by the pool! :)...and we didn't have to miss our morning timmies! Thanks again,

  I just want to say thanks for making our stay fantastic. The home was just prefect! Very personal and great special touches. Location was great! We visited both sides of Florida within easy driving time and knowing when we returned that a pool was waiting for us was great! Thanks Shawn for the great tips on the fishing excursion and the citrus farm excursion. Your home will definitely be talked about back home! Also want to thank Kim for all her help...appreciate it!!

  Wonderful 5 bedroom home, clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. The pool was refreshing and enjoyable. Backing onto the pond provided a great view and opportunity to observe various wildlife. Kim and Paul were very accessible and answered questions promptly. Great location even if you do not want to visit theme parks. The West Orange Trail system only 30 miles away with 22 miles of paved trails perfect for longboards, rollerblades, bikes and even for walking. Parasailing only 1 hour away at Cocoa Beach. Airboat rides to see alligators in their own habitat. You can even take a drive to Blue Springs State Park to rent kayaks and see the manatees! Bottom line - the location is central to any activity you could possibly think of in the Orlando area. We would highly recommend this home for your vacation pleasure. Thanks Shawn for accommodating us during our March Break. We take home with us warm fun family memories!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Would recommend this clean, nicely furnished home to anyone wishing to visit Disney and surrounding area. The home was exactly as shown on the internet which was a bonus. The birds and pond provided a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere for our stay. Hopefully, we will be able to return to this unit sometime in the future. Thanks Shawn. Also, a big thank you to Paul and Kim for all their help during our stay. We brought home many good memories to share with our families and friends.

  Really enjoyed our visit here. Perfect location and very homey. Although the mattresses are newer it was too soft for us. Other than that, everything was great! Regretfully we now must return to the reality of Maine - today's high is expected to be 36. Than you once again! Tim Horton's Coffee Rocks! - Thanks!

  We want to thank you very much for having us to your lovely home.It is our family tradition to come to Florida for Thanksgiving. We had an awesome time as usual and your home is very comfortable and inviting. Although the water was a little chillier than we are used to, we made it work. Again, thanks a lot!

• Great for Golf!

  My primary reason for heading to Florida (Orlando) was great weather and playing golf. This home was a great set up. Five bedrooms, large living space and kitchen, and a wonderful private pool. The home is very close to all the main parks and attractions. There is lots of premium shopping near by. But if your main ambition is golf, you are in the right place. Sure take the family, but if you are thinking of taking 6-8 buddies down for golf this is the ideal set up. There are so many golf courses to choose from that are within a 10-15 minute drive. These courses are great value, $28 with a cart, $45 with a cart, beautiful high end golf community course for $60 with a cart. I would highly recommend this home as a golf destination. Get the BBQ included!!
