  We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean and neat. I love the private hallway we had. The extended balcony was great. I sat out and took in the beautiful full moon over the ocean. This resort has four elevators only a few steps from condo, we never waited for the elevator over a minute. Love the indoor pools and slides. We hope to visit again in the summer, thank you for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us!!!!

  we really enjoyed this condo and the view that it gives of the ocean. Very clean and well maintained. Was a pleasure to work with Scott. The location is perfect, just a couple of miles from the boardwalk and this resort has a nice water park in both the buildings. Palmetto has the waterpark for the smaller kids and the other one has bigger slides. My son said this condo was the best. Myrtle beach has so many activities for families just check out the " things to do in Myrtle beach " in the Travel advisor.com The instructions given by Scott was so detailed and easy to follow that we were checked- in a couple of minutes and ready for the water park.

  This resort and more specifically this owner made our vacation just right for our family of 5 with 3 kids. The owner was accomodating to our needs based on our desire to enjoy an extra day without spending an extra night. They worked with us on reasonable pricing. The unit was clean, beautiful, and just as pictured. All our expectations were met and we would go back every month if we could. This was our first vacation in 2.5 years and it was made possible because this owner was so accomodating.

  *Very clean condo *Very spacious *Large lounging patio area and balcony *Beautiful ocean front view *Quiet. No noise from the first floor waterpark at all *Owner was very helpful in answering all questions and concerns that we had, concerning the property. *Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by

  The Resort was fantastic for all of us. We have 3 kids, ages: 4, 5, & 13. The room was very clean and up to date. Our two young kids spent all their time at the two water parks and the beach. Our teenage son was in the resort pool all day with other teenagers. The parking garage is very easy to use with a short walk across the street. The resort does offer Valet service for $10 p/day, but it was easier for me to be our families personal valet all week. The photo of the Washer/Dryer is an old picture. The room now has brand new High Efficiency Washer & Dryer, so BE SURE to bring/buy HE Laundry Detergent. Our two young ones spent the evenings playing out on the Extended Balcony. The Extended Balcony was great for sun tanning and extra space to keep all your beach supplies.(Towels, Toys, Beach Chairs, Etc..) The Resort is well kept and offers lots of amenities for your family. Myrtle Beach is a great place to vacation with lots to do. We will definitly come back.

  As a married couple of 24 years, this was our first get away trip in a long time and it couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was wonderful - decorated beautifully, comfortable, clean, spacious, and the huge balcony overlooking the beach I enjoyed every morning and night. We were just minutes away from great restaurants, groceries, shopping outlets, beach stores and many GOLF COURSES!!! :) We also really enjoyed walking, eating and shopping at Broadway on the Beach - almost every night, which was just a few minutes from our condo. The indoor waterpark, slides and outdoor pools were beautiful!!! We at breakfast and lunch at the cafe's and the meals were very good. I can't say enough good about our experience. We can't wait to schedule this condo again! Plenty of room to take another couple or our 3 kids!

  This was our third trip to the Dunes Village Resort - first booking through VRBO. From the start Scott was quick to respond, kind and helpful - I had no worries that our trip would be anything less than perfect - and it was. We love the Dunes and had the added benefit of the extended balcony which was wonderful. Was really like an extra room - and gave us an opportunity to be outside while kids napped in the afternoon! Everything about the room was perfect - it was clean, spacious, and gave us a perfect home away from home while we were in Myrtle Beach. I wanted to extend our stay and had to contact Scott mid week and he accommodated us and was again quick to respond! My sister joined us and she is hooked too - she now wants to switch her regular vacation spot to the Dunes and get this awesome room with the extended balcony! The water parks were great for our kids - as were the outside pools. You will never lack for fun at this resort. We went to the Pirates Voyage show and loved that - well worth the expense. We've only been home a few days and already wishing we could go back! We highly recommend renting through Scott and VRBO - you will not be disappointed!

  We decided to take our kids to the beach for a long weekend and found this place online. We were drawn to it for the ammenities (waterparks, pools, slides, games, etc.) and found it to be so much more than we had imagined!!! The kids had non-stop fun and when we done playing we could retreat to the room and enjoy the fantastic oversized deck! The room was decorated very tastefully with a very comfortable lay-out. The owner was extremely easy to work with... we can't wait to go back!!!

  This is a great condo and Scott is great to work with. The extended balcony is cool and increases the living space area. Can easily sleep 4-6 people. We had no issues, easy check-in, easy in/out. The condo is clean and well stocked, has everything you need. The water park in both towers accommodates ages 1-70, has floating cars and tubes for kids, and is nice and warm. Wife and I came down for our anniversary and it was a perfect 3-day trip. We golfed, went to Hot Stacks, Chesapeake House and Duffy St. Seafood Shack which were all so delicious! I highly recommend this condo. On day 2 we started planning a trip back in March!

  My family enjoyed the huge balcony, its great for staying in pjs and watching the sunrise and playing board games in the evening listening to the ocean. I am surprised my son ever got out of the bathtub with the jets. Loved that it wasn't too far from the boardwalk but didn't have all the bars next to it.
