Our condominium has been redone and features tile floors, kitchen cabinets fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you will need, new furniture with a pull-out sofabed in the living room perfect for the little ones, a TV & DVD player. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and has its own TV/DVD player. The balcony off the living room has a fantastic oceanview, and you are just a few steps away from one of the two pools located at Sea Side.

This great villa is located on the first floor. Sea Side features gated parking, onsite security, and elevators. We also have a wonderful walkway to the beach!

  • We stayed in this unit during the week of Labor Day 2009. It was exactly as depicted and working with the rental office was very smooth. We were very pleased with the ease of parking, the short walk to the beach, and the cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare several meals in the unit during our stay and there was plenty of storage for our luggage. This is a busier part of the island, with more tourist traffic than we are accustomed to, but it was very convenient to Sea Pines, several bike rental companies, and Piggly Wiggly.

  • What a terrific place to stay at the beach! First floor, close to the elevator and pool with a great view of the ocean. Loved the open bedroom. Will definitely keep this villa in our plans for next year!

  • My husband and I stayed in this condo in June 2008. It was very clean and well decorated. It's proximity to the beach and local shopping/eating was great. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

  • We stayed in this condo for the month last september and will be doing so again in 2007. It was a cozy, nicely decorated condo. We enjoyed our stay and being so close to the beach. It is in a great location close to so many restaurants and shopping. This is a great place to stay.
