This stunning 1 bedroom suite is less than 25 yards to the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views of the ocean. Sea Air Retreat is an excellent value and you will love the location. The unit is very comfortable and fully equipped with all the amenities for a great vacation. In the living area, you will enjoy two pull out couches with a large flat screen tv hooked to satellite. The private master suite has a queen size bed and private screened in lanai. The kitchen is spacious and has a breakfast bar. There is a large front porch that overlooks the private runway & beach. Suite has a completely separate downstairs with two additional bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen available for rent.

We stayed in this lovely place Dec 2008, It was very comfortable and great distance from the beach. Lot's of fun watching the planes land in front of your house. We had great weather, great shelling. The caretakers were very accommodating and the island was lovely. We will be returning soon. Hopefully next January. We loved walking the beach and especially down into the nature preserve. There were a couple nice little restaurants on the island too. We would take our golf cart in the morning to watch the sunrise and walk to the beach in the evening to watch it set.
