This unit located on second floor at The Summit has been completely redecorated. It features a king-size bed in the bedroom, a set of bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen-size sofa in the living room. Also, it has a roll-away bed so it can sleep an extra person!
Furnished with a TV/DVD/VCR in the living room and the bedroom, mirrored walls, private telephone line with answer phone, and fully-furnished kitchen. This unit has a washer/dryer in the unit. Large balcony with a panoramic view of the Gulf.
Both of these second floors have been updated with new kitchen cabinets, furniture,washer/dryer, etc
For the comfort of all our guests, this is a Non-Smoking unit and No Pets are allowed.

CLEAN, AFFORDABLE AND AWESOME LOCATION!!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I and our 5 children stayed here from August 1st to August 5th. Condo was clean, had enough towels/washcloths for all of us and had full set dishes/silverware. Full size washer and dryer was an added plus with all the swimsuits and beach towels. Balcony view was beautiful. We had a side view of the pool and full view of the gulf. Kingsize bed was comfy and sheets/comforter were very nice. Our kids really liked the bunkbeds in the hallway. We had a blowup bed so we did not use the rollaway or pullout sofa. My only recommendations would be a larger TV in the bedroom (13 inch was a little small) and blackout curtains for the windows and sliding glass doors. Other than these very small things, everything was great!! Ms. Myra is a dream to work with and is one the nicest people I have ever talked to. We would return in an instant!!!!!!!
Owner response:Thanks Sherry!! I have had so much going on in my life lately with losing my house to a fire, losing my husband April 20 and now my daughter has cancer. It is gastrointestional gastic tumor (gist) Only 15 out of a million people have this cancer. Thanks for the post.
