  Our first visit to Seattle and this house was in the right location with lots of amenities!! Close to U of Washington, University Village (fabulous shopping) and downtown sights. Family members took transit to downtown, taking only 15 minutes. House was well equipped with kitchen utensils for making meals, gas stove and dishwasher. Self contained 2 bedroom suite with living accomodation in the basement was ideal for teenagers/young adults to have their own space and private entrance from the backyard. Hot tub (4 person) was relaxing and well maintained. Owner was very responsive to our requirements and when contacted, he was at the house to look after any problems in a timely manner, making our stay very enjoyable! We will be returning to Seattle in the near future and will stay at this house again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Lovely house. Ravenna Park is 75 feet from the front door go out turn to the right and to end of block, lovely as well. When we arrived the house was spotless. Your house is the nicest vrbo house, out of many, we have rented. We've stayed in some attractive homes, but yours has such a nice balance between the decor and comfort. We felt right at home. Also your "house rules" are reasonable and minimal. Thank you for a great house to stay.

  Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your rental house. It was just what we were looking for and everyone found it the perfect place to celebrate the graduation in our family.   I am so glad my son who teaches in China found your add so my family could enjoy your amazing comfortable home! So much better than being in a Hotel. I had a granddaughter being married so we could stay and enjoy Seattle. Your home is lovely.

  Thank you very much for the use of your amazing home! We thoroughly enjoyed our Seattle trip. It was very nice being right across the stree from family and we took full advantage of the trails and parks in the neighborhood. We ate most meals on the back deck and the hot tub was well used. Other adventures included the Woodland Zoo, the Seattle Rock-N_Roll half marathon, the Public Market and other shopping right here at U Village. We hope to be back again!!

  Peter, 2012-07-04 My family and I spent nearly 5 months at this property and we really enjoyed it. The location is great a quiet street just a stone's throw from Ravenna Park, and close to the Burke Gilman trail, University Village, other shopping, and many services. The house was perfect for our (small) family, and had a deck with a hot tub and barbeque, which we made good use of. The interior was nicely and tastefully appointed. We didn't have many problems with the house, but when we did, the owner was very responsive and took care of it right away. We would strongly recommend this rental.

  The house was just what we wanted. We loved walking in Ravenna Park. We enjoyed the fact that a number of book stores and coffee shops are quite nearby. It was quiet and comfortable and we were able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. All in all, we were very satisfied with this rental. The owner was accessible by phone and was very helpful.

  We traveled to Seattle to attend a Husky game and to enjoy a birthday - this location was great for walking or driving to the game and University Village. The house was immaculate and well supplied for our stay. We would love to stay in the future for any university event.

  Wonderful accomodations! Nothing was missed as far as being fully stocked - from paper products to condiments to linens & all kitchen necessities. We would definitely use these accomodations if needed in the future & will definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Seattle. We were here for our son's wedding & we were able to comfortably relax before & after the "big event". Lancaster PA

  What an amazing place to gather for my medical school graduation! We had family from Alaska, Texas, Wyoming, Minnesota, Oregon and Washington. All were charmed by your home. Every amenity we asked for was found upon the opening of a cabinet! We will recommend this home to everyone looking for a wonderful stay in Seattle!

  We had a lovely time at while in Seattle and think this is one of the best places we have stayed. The house was great- all amenities included - and it has the feeling of a real home. It was close enough to major shopping and parks such that we did not have to drive much. The neighborhood was fabulous and it was a treat to be so close to Ravenna park. We would definitely return and are planning our next get-away. The owner was professional and very helpful.

  This house lives up to the ad! My husband and I spent a lovely four nights at this neat house in March 2011. Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood, it's within walking distance to a great bookstore and restaurants. Just down the block is a foot path entrance to beautiful Ravenna Park with it's many miles of natural hiking trails, woods and stream. The house is very comfortable with good beds, nice linens and is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The nice private back deck has a gas barbecue, outdoor table and chairs and wonderful hot tub. The owner is nice and helpful as well. We'll definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  I stayed here about a year ago with a friend and the bottom floor of the house was perfect for us! It was my first time in Seattle. I loved the city, and this space was a great place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. We each had a separate room with a big comfy bed (in fact I think two couples could probably rent the bottom floor and be comfortable). Everything was really clean, really nice and BRAND NEW! There was a huge flat screen tv and a comfy couch for when we just wanted to hang out and relax. There was a beautiful park right next door where we took a couple of long walks along the creek. Most importantly, from this location all of Seattle was very accessible. I definitely recommend this space to anyone who wants to go sight-seeing in Seattle! If I lived there permanently, I might have to see about renting it long term!

  This is a beautiful home in a delightful location. Close to all of the cool things in Seattle, it is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood right next to a great park.
