  This quaint beach house had everything we needed to be comfortable. Location directly across from beach access was great. Would have loved to spend more time out on the sun porch but the weather was unseasonably chilly while we were there. Plenty of restaurants to try while in town...had dinner at Loggerhead's - good food and fun atmosphere! Dog friendly area made it a great 1st time vacation with our furry legged family members. Communication with the owner was always prompt and polite. Thanks for a great Folly Beach experience!

  This house was perfect for my family! We have never stayed on Folly before, but will definatly be back! Arriving at the house, though it may appear to be smaller than some of the surrounding houses, the inside is a perfect layout for 2-3 couples. The house was stocked with toiletries, linens, and overall the house was very well kept. We were able to walk across to the beach on New Year's to see the Fireworks which was also nice. I will be back this summer for sure!!

  This was a nice older home with plenty of room for us and our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need and we were very comfortable. Great access to the beach and nice big yard! Awesome value!!

  Knew location was awesome, and our stay was so comfortable, cozy and user-friendly. Well stocked and well thought through. Perfect for a relaxed beach getaway; we'd stay again!

  I was going to be in Charleston for business and decided to stay over the weekend. Having never been to that area before, I asked for suggestions from my colleagues and they all said FOLLY BEACH! Some friends of mine drove down from Wilmington to enjoy the beach for a few days. The location of this house was fantastic. While it is first row, and not oceanfront, we could hear the waves sitting on the deck at night, and the walk across the boardwalk was perfect for us. The home was very comfortable and inviting for the 3 adults and 2 children that were there (ages 1 and 3) and the beach chairs, toys and other amenities were perfect for us. The house was clean, cozy and just the right size. The beds were super comfortable, I wanted to take the pillow home with me! :) There is enough space in this house for a couple of families, or a girl's or guy's weekend. I would definitely stay at this house again. Thanks!

  My family and I had a fantastic stay here. It was in a great location being steps from the beach and not far from down town Folly. And a huge plus for us was it had a great yard for my kids to play in and we were allowed to take our dogs. The only sad thing was not having central air, however there were air conditioning units in every room that worked great and double bonus added a nice sound to the bedrooms that drowned out any noise and hummed my kids to sleep perfectly!!!! My parents loved the back bedroom because they felt like they had there own private quarters away from the crazy grandkids:) and my son Gunner loved the half bath, he felt it was made just for him. My only suggestion to make some extra space would be to get flat screen TVs that you can hang on the wall. This house literally had everything you need! WE would most definately rent this house again. The price was great and it had everything you need to enjoy your vacation especially if you live on a budget. This house was not shiny and new but it had character and a cozy factor that fits the laid back setting perfectly. Oh and i almost forgot my favorite part.....this house has some beautiful flowers around it that attracted so many wonderful butterflies i couldn't stop snapping pictures. We made several awesome family memories here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would hands down suggest this house for a friend to rent. And the shops in downtown Folly were wonderful and everyone was so polite and helpful! I thank you for letting us rent your house and I hope to make it back there next summer!

  Some friends and i went down for a few days and we were all super stoked with the house. great location, (even good for people watching), beach access across the road, just super easy spot to be. inside was cozy, had everything you'd need. also a garage full of stuff like beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, whatever you need seriously. outdoor hose for rinsing off, shower in garage area too, place was the bomb. i am almost reluctant to write this review because i dont really want you to know cause i want to stay there whenever i want. nice indoor porch area, not to mention big ol' deck that was awesome. and the AC was rocking. that about sums it up. not fancy but who wants fancy this place has soul. enjoy your stay;)

  Exactly as decribed and then some! You can't beat the location, right across from the beach access which makes it easy to go back to the house for lunch etc. And the deck is so big that you can also hang out there. There is plenty of parking. The house is always clean and all linens etc are provided. We usually go out to eat one night (close to restaurants) and then cook in the rest of the time, the kitchen has everything you need. I do like that you are close to restaurant/ bars etc. if you want to go out but the house is in a quiet area if you just want to enjoy being at the house. Can't wait to go back!!!
