Cozy lake front home located in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks on the 13 mile marker.
How would you like to relax with a drink and a loved one while overlooking the beauty of all that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer? This home has something for everyone... Close to golf courses, shopping, Big Surf Theme Park, and walking distance to El Capitan Retaurant.
Our home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, a sleeper couch.....sleeps 8 very comfortably.
Full size kitchen, private boat dock with swim platform and hydraulic lift to accommodate 12 x 28 boat. Cable television and wireless internet throughout the house.
Our home is very clean and well maintained. Bright and open....we include all towels and linens. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking in double driveway and garage as well as street parking.
Rate Details: 3 Night Minimum @ $250 per night plus $125 cleaning fee. Weekly Rate @ $1400 per week.
