If you are looking for a great vacation home rental or off season [mid]week(end)to get away with your family and/or friends...this is it! Our high season weeks begin on Saturdays. Low season & off season week(end)s begin on Friday. We may have off season midweeks available in March, April, May, October and November. This bright and comfortable, three bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex is elegantly decorated and furnished for beachfront enjoyment with plenty of seashore accessories. There is a large, sun-drenched living room with a blue microfiber sofa (queen sleeper), loveseat and oversized chair, many new anderson glider windows with ocean views, 55' preferred cable TV, DVD, wireless cable internet, premium stereo, ceiling fan & recessed lighting.
There is a new large upper(26'x10'), private deck built with composite white decking and white vinyl railings facing the ocean for dining, sunbathing, and magnificent sunrises. The spacious deck has two chaises, outdoor pub height polywood table, eight chairs, umbrella and Weber propane grill with extra tank. We also include 4 aluminum beach chairs, a chest full of beach toys & 6 loaner beach badges. **Click on Maplink link below--satellite view**
The upper deck has breathtaking 200 degree unobstructed ocean, beach and coastline views. There is a private beach path and the Atlantic City lights can be seen at night. The setting is private with the closest public access & life guard station 75 feet away. **Click on Floorplan link below**
There are two master bedrooms, [QMBR with 1/2 bath & KMBR]. The MBR's have cable TV/DVD. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds & TV/DVD. The unit sleeps up to eight. The bedrooms all have full or partial ocean views, ceiling fans, recessed lighting and have seashore themes & colors[blue, yellow & peach]. The full bathroom has a shower over tub combination decorated with seashore decor and bright colors and recently tiled floor with white vanity, clam shaped cultured marble sink with dolphin faucet and crescent shower rod. The entire interior was recently painted with sea shore theme colors. **List of amenities are below**
The kitchen, with blue Corian coutertops, is fully equipped with a separate icemaker, microwave, coffee & smoothie maker, toaster, ceiling fan, recessed lighting and a dining table that seats eight. Open the newer sliding door off the new upper deck with composite decking and white vinyl railings or large glider windows(many new)throughout the home and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean surf. There is an outside private hot & cold shower with changing area and parking for three to four cars. We even have room for a boat. We are directly on the beach. One hour from Atlantic City. Under 2 hours to Newark Airport and 90 minutes to Philadelphia Int'l Airport. This house is approx. 1.5 miles from the southern tip of the island and is approx 1 mile(a short walk or bike ride) to Beach Haven town center.

Our family has been renting on LBI for more than 30 years, but this oceanfront gem is one we plan to return to again and again. The houses are well-appointed...including ice makers and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. There are loads of beach chairs and toys AND perfectly furnished gorgeous decks. You have 180 degree plus views of the ocean from the living space, and super easy beach access across the dune path. PLUS....the owners are responsive and welcoming, providing island information prior to arrival. A MUST GO!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

John is one of the most accomodating oceanfront owners on LBI. The upper unit is wonderfully equipped and beautifully decorated...it has the nicest feeling of peace and serenity. It is the perfect weekend getaway and is great for a girlfriend's weekend. I'll be back, for sure! Thanks!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

John and Denise's beachhouse provided a wonderful location for a grils'' getaway weekend in LBI. The house was very clean, and gave us everything we needed to relax at the beach. John was more than accommodating with anything that we needed to ask, and was extremely pleasant. The view of the beach was fabulous and we would recommend this place for families or friends :)Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

great place and super owners/host who are very caring. clean and lots of cooking utensils and a TV in each room. balcony with grill is super for lounging in the sun, coffee in the morning or cocktails at night listening to the waves. We rented the lower level the last weekend in September for the Chowdafest and had a wonderful time. The house is so nice, the deck and grill area are wonderful and the property is right on the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend!Recommended for: Sightseeing.

We had a wonderful vacation the first week in September. The beach is beautiful and we were very comfortable. The property we rented is lovely with everything we needed. The deck is perfect. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning looking out onto the ocean. The ocean breeze at this time of the year is quite nice. The property has everything we need in terms of cooking supplies, dishes, etc. The beds are very comfortable and each room has a TV which is a plus when we have had guests. We will be back again the same time next year!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our extended family of children and grandchildren has been enjoying a wonderful vacation/reunion at this fabulous location for many years. It is right on the beach and at night we watch the moon rise over the ocean and hear the sound of the surf. The house is attractive but comfortable with TV's in every room plus the living room. Our gang watched the Olypmics, baseball, and played video games in the hours we were not on the beach. We cooked and dined in the well-equipped kitchen. We usually go to Bistro 14 our last night. Good food and BYO.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Accurate vrbo pictures, responsive owner, great place--no complaints--even got lucky with the weather. Beach Haven is more than a couple of blocks (5 minutes by car and a half hour walking) but the beach in front is not as crowded.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

Absolutely an incredible vacation with my entire family, including the young grandchildren. The upper floor was immaculate, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Didn't have any problems therefore it wasn't necessary to contact the owner. Most definitely would have this a beach house to return to if we are vacation next year or later.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Diane's parents bought on LBI over 35 years ago. My wife and I procrastinated for many years about buying on LBI. Her sister and nephew also own on the island. We believe that LBI is the finest family shore destination in New Jersey. We have vacationers that come from all over the US [CA,CO,CT,DC,DE,FL,GA,IL,KY,MA,MD,ME, MN,NC,NJ,NH,NY,OH,PA,SC,TN,TX,VA,VT,WI] including Canada, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Australia. The oceanfront properties require a lot of upkeep but we enjoy it.
