WOW! I love it here! The location, the amenities, and of course the weather, water and wine, make it the perfect vacation getaway!! That's why my wife and I bought TWO units at Copper Sky Resort in West Kelowna. Our one-bedroom units are actually side by side so two families or groups of friends could stay next to each other. The weekly rates include all fees (other than potential damage deposits), and unlimited access to the amenity center.
Fully appointed, this condo has everything from an amazingly comfortable King size bed, two large flat screen wall mounted LCD TV's with DVD players, beautiful dining set and more! Be sure to bring your iPod to use in the stereo and the iHome clock!
Want to sit outside and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of Shiraz? No problem, pull up a super comfy wicker chair and take it all in sitting on your patio, overlooking Lake Okanagan!
Who's hungry?? Full kitchen with everything, and I mean everything, right down to the wine opener! And for those wanting to 'grill it up', a natural gas BBQ with professional tools is included on the patio!
The location is perfect, 4mins to the beach and boat launch, minutes to many wineries, and a few seconds to the infinity pool, tennis courts, pool tables and hot tubs located across the parking lot! (incredible amenity building NOW OPEN!!!)
West Kelowna has really come into it's own the past couple years. A brand new Save-On-Foods, Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot and many excellent restaurants and shops are minutes away from the Copper Sky Resort. The grounds are very nice with seasonal flowers and shrubs all around.
If you've never been to the West Kelowna area, you'll wonder what took you so long! If you're a returning visitor, welcome back and don't finish that Shiraz in one night!!

We stayed a week and could've stayed another month! Woke up each morning to the sun shining off the lake. Had our coffee on the patio then it was off to the amenity building for a morning workout! Steam room and sauna were very nice after a half hour on the treadmill. We have never seen such an incredible amenity building, truly an amazing design! We thought we'd eat out every night but ended up buying groceries and using the BBQ most evenings. That allowed us to have some wine at night and not have to drive anywhere. We also ended up back at the amenity building to play some pool in the games room, we met so many friendly people and had a drink with many of them. The lake was only a short 3 minute car ride away, and the dog beach was thoroughly enjoyed by our water loving terrier! There was even a great boat launch close by that is free to use (we didn't bring our boat with us). The pool was closed for repairs but once it opens this will be a true 5-star resort. Our condo had everything needed (right down to the wine opener as stated in the listing, we used that opener more than once!). Very comfortable bed and even had a wall mounted LCD TV in the bedroom. That along with the larger TV mounted in the living room meant we could both watch our favourite shows in peace.
