  My family and I waited until last minute to book our trip due to the fact of possibly having to cancel last minute due to my grandmothers illness. After spending hours contacting other owners via email and phone we were unsuccessful. Late Thursday night we came across Connie's condo. She was extremely nice and helpful over the phone. We arrived at Ft. Walton mid afternoon Saturday and we were all amazed at the beauty of this particular unit. My family and I have been traveling to various beach locations each year. This unit I can honestly say has been one of our favorites! Everything was clean and the furniture was very comfortable! We will definitely recommend this unit to any family and friends who decide to vacation at Ft. Walton.

  Connie's condo was just lovely. Tastefully decorated, clean and spacious for just the two of us. The corner unit and bar height chairs made time spent on the balcony just perfect. Having the Keurig coffee maker available was a great bonus! The only two things we wish were different. The first is that there is no covered parking. This made packing the car in the rain a messy hassle. The other is that the mattress in the master bedroom was in pretty bad shape. A foam topper had been added, but the dips in the mattress were deep enough that we resorted to one of us sleeping in the guest room so the other could sleep in the middle of the bed. Let me say we shared this with Connie already and she seems willing to address this issue. Otherwise, it was a wonderful condo on a beautiful beachfront location.

  Connie's condo was inviting, comfortable, and relaxing as always. This condo is very well-maintained. We have no complaints, and are in fact grateful for the opportunity to enjoy th condo every time we visit!

  We sold our house and moved shortly before our visit to Connie's Condo, and we were hoping for a peaceful and restful retreat to decrease our mounting stress levels. Our experience was everything we were hoping for and more. The beach was family-friendly, and the condo was well-equipped to make healthy, home-cooked meals. The condo was cozy, and we were able to relax to the best entertainment of all.......the wonderful view of the gulf and the sound of waves. We normally cannot sleep away from our own home, but we all slept each night peacefully. The master bed was actually as comfortable as our own bed! Walking on the beach was lovely, as was lounging on the balcony reading and watching the dolphins. This vacation was the answer the our desperate need for rest and balance.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This condo had everything we wanted. It's a great size and well kept with a prime view from the fourth floor balcony which was large enough to accomodate a lounge chair as well as a bistro set with high chairs allowing an unobstructed view of the beach. There's everything you need for the beach and kitchen. Large master bedroom widows provide a nice view of the beach as well as balcony access. The condo is very close to the shore and the crashing waves provide constant background music. Connie is attentive and great to rent from. The only thing some might be disappointed in is the pool which is mediocre, but if you're there for relaxing at the beach, this is definately a 10!

  We just want to Thank You for sharing your Beach Condo with us, it was the perfect place to stay. We had a very nice time and it really did feel like "a home away from home". From the moment we stepped inside the front door we knew our vacation would be perfect. Connie is great to work with, the condo is very clean & maintained very well. Not only a nice flat screen in living room, but new drapes in living room & master bedroom. The carpeting in the bedrooms was very new & soft. The views from the condo & balcony were amazing. One morning we were entertained by at least a dozen dolphins right in front of the condo while having our coffee. We will be back again in the future!

  Connie does a fantastic job and replies back very quickly. The condo was very clean. Had everything we needed plus some for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, the view fantastic !! We had a rainy morning that was still enjoyable as I read and drank coffee from the balcony. Would definitely rent from Connie again. Thanks for sharing your home

  We really enjoyed our week long stay Ft. Walton Beach in this property. The condo was very comfortable and fit our family of 6 pretty well. The condo had everything we needed and made for a very relaxing vacation. The location is terrific. When we needed to, we could get out to most eating, grocery and shops very quickly and easily. Really enjoyed the beach. It seemed to be a very family oriented location and I'm sure we'll try to come back.

  This was our first experience in Fort Walton Beach and it won't be our last. We found the condo to be just as described - only better because the owner had installed a new flat screen TV in the living room! The owner was wonderful. Very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

  This condo is comfortable and relaxing. The decor follows the colors of nature and the condo is well-maintained. We especially like this corner property because the ocean view extends across the front bedroom as well as the living room, and the 4th floor patio is a great vantage point. The owner is friendly and responsive and concerned for renters' comfort. Emerald Towers West is away from the bustle of Destin, but close enough to drive there for a meal, shopping, or miniature golf. The nearby grocery is convenient for stocking the kitchen when cooking in. An outdoor grill is available. The beach itself is clean and beautiful. Come stay here!
