  We had a great time. The home was clean and very comfortable, with space for everyone. Very conveniently located close to Disney and other activities. The owner and office staff were great to work with. We will come again!

  We decided to stay an extra week in Kissimmee and found this on short notice (right across from our other rental). Ning took good care of us and expedited our reservations then bent over backwards to have it ready the next morning. The pool heat was great, the house was amazing, and I can't say enough about the owners. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying in Kissimmee. You won't be disappointed.

  The stay was all Ning promised and much more.7 seniors golfers in the houses and a lots of golf courses near and to come home to a heated pool where we could relax. The rooms were very spacious . We enjoy ourselves in the game room ice hockey table, and of course the pool table.To top it all off, Ning was incredibly helpful and easy to work with and definitively contributed to the success of our vacation. This house is perfect for seniors golfers to rent.Thank you Ning

  This was the second year we stayed at this house. Just like last year the house was perfect. The house is complete with everything you need and minutes from everywhere you want to go. Ning is very easy to work with on the dates and the price is an excellent value. We plan onstaying there next as well.

  Overall, the stay was all that the description originally promised and much more. Located only a short proximity (around 10-15 minute drive) from both Disney and Universal studios, my group and I had the chance to experience a magical time at Disney during the day and then come home to a heated pool where we could relax. Furthermore, the rooms were very spacious and could easily fit a group of 15+ people. The great community and gorgeous views were also a very nice addition. In addition, the teenagers could enjoy themselves in the game room which has a Wii, an ice hockey table, and of course a pool table which even the adults could not resist getting a game or two in. To top it all off, Ning was incredibly helpful and easy to work with and definitively contributed to the success of our vacation. This house is a must for those looking to rent.

  We really enjoyed staying at this beatiful home. This house had tons of room for everyone. The location couldn't be any better. Close to Disney, lots of golf courses and lots of restaurants on 192. Ning is fantastic to work with. We had our deposit back just two days after we got home. This is our second time renting from Ning this year and we would definitly rent from Ning again!

  Our Coed Softball team came down for the Worlds and stayed in this home for the extended weekend. We were very pleased with the cleanliness & size of the home and even though we had a big group, we never felt cramped. The house could have had some coolers for beverages so we didnt have to take up space in the Fridge. All in all, We look forward to renting again.

  We just got back from a 13-night stay with a large group in mid-September. At one point I think we had 17 people overnight in this home, and we all enjoyed it. The photos online were representative of the actual property and we were extremely pleased with with everything. The location is convenient to all of the Disney Parks. It took about 15 minutes to get to any of them. The house seemed to be well cared-for and was well stocked with dishes and the very basics. Extras, like the high chairs and strollers, as well as the game room in the garage were all very nice to have as well. A couple of minor issues that you whould probably expect, but that aren't obvious from the description here: - The bedroom in the front downstairs with two twin beds was a little small, lacked a closet, and not as well cooled. - The game room in the garage is not well cooled, and was only comfortable in the morning/late evenings. We paid extra for the pool heat, which was probably unnecessary in September. Also we didn't get a chance to use the grill since there are so many restaurants around and we had plenty of take-out. The owner was very easy to work with and I'd recommend this house to anybody.

I am glad you mentioned about the game room not cooled, we are in the process to get AC to the room so that it won't be too hot during the summer. We have another similar property in the same community with AC in the game room. You may consider rent that house if you come next time during summer. For the pool heating, this house has the combined heated pool and spa. If you want to use the hot spa, then you need to have both pool heating and hot spa, otherwise you probably can live with the pool at the natural temperature. I appreciate your comments and will try our best to maintain and improve the house in good condition.

  this house was perfect for our family vacation! lovely decor and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. the owner was very helpful and i would definately rent from her again. we all had a wonderful time!
