This beautiful 4,000 square foot 1915 Italian Renaissance Mediterranean home has been lovingly restored and is a new house on an original strong frame. This charming home is located minutes from the Augusta National in the most prestigious neighborhood in the Historical District of Summerville, Augusta, GA.
There are 3 large bedrooms each with fireplaces. The Master bedroom suite has a luxury King bed in beautiful surroundings with a connecting Master bathroom with Granite countertops and double sinks and plently of His and Hers closet space. Also a large tiled shower with double showerheads. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a King bed and Queen bed.
The home features a professional gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner professional Wolf gas stove and oven. Large Stainless Steel farm sink with professional stainless steel dishwasher and microwave oven and all utensils provided. There is an eat-in island. The breakfast room is set up with seating for four with TV viewing.
The Stunning Dining room with fireplace has a dining table with seating for six with an additional dining table in the Sunroom that has seating for four.
The large Great room with 2 fireplaces and full Concert Grand Piano will seat 10 for entertaining. The 1st very large Sunroom with 55' widescreen TV will seat an additional 14. The perfect place to watch the highlights of the Masters Tournament.
There is a 2nd cozy Sunroom/Reading room. This is my favorite room and will likely be a favorite of yours.
The house has 55 windows that let in light and beauty.
The house is protected by a wrought iron and solid stucco fence with gates and locks for privacy.
You and your guests can walk to the Masters and also to Surrey Center for a great and unique shopping experience and dine at Calverts or many other fine restaurants. All just minutes away. Also only a couple of blocks away is Sheehan's IrishPub a dining experience second to none.

We love that this home is located in The Hill section of Historic Summerville. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly, nice and down to earth. You will pass many of them just out walking their dogs or just out for a stroll with the family. The home is located right at Augusta State University and the Medical College of Ga. We have an outstanding cultural community with The Augusta Symphony. The Augusta Ballet, Augusta Opera Co and much more. Also located close to Clarks Hill Lake. And traveling distance to Atlanta, Columbia, SC, Hilton Head, SC
