Yes, the lake is down this year but we still have plenty of water! Even now, the depth in the cove straight out from the dock is around 50 feet deep!

This private, non-smoking waterfront home, located on a protected deep water cove with a view of the main lake, is perfect for watersports, fishing, and floating.
The location on Hatter Cove is ideal. By water, you will be staying near mile marker 9...between four waterfront restaurants. Down-lake there's Carlos n' Charlies (5 min) and Cafe Blue (15 min). Up-lake there's Johnny Fins (10 min) and The Pier (15 min). Both the live music and people watching can be very entertaining!
Charter a sailboat, take a tandem parasail ride, or simply hang out on the private dock and take in the view. Venture a few miles by land for a day of golfing or a rejuvenating treatment at the local spa.
