Located two miles east of Seaside and two miles west of Rosemary Beach. 1st Floor: Living area has 48" plasma tv, dvd & sound system. Dining area seats 6 plus, kitchen has breakfast nook that can accommodate 4 as well as a bar that has room for 4 more . Kitchen has jenn-air stove, stainless appliances with large counter space and a wall-mounted flatscreen tv over the bar. Bedroom with Pyramid bunks, 27" tv, dvd and shared bath. 2nd Floor: This floor consists of 2 matching bedrooms. King bedroom, 36" plasma tv. Large bath has double & separate vanities, walk-in shower, step up Jacuzzi tub, personal sauna and patio overlooking pool with great gulf views. Second bedroom has King, 27" tv, vcr, large bath with double and separate vanities, walk-in shower step up Jacuzzi tub, personal sauna and patio overlooking pool with outstanding gulf views. 3rd Floor: King bedroom, 60" tv, wet bar with small refrigerator, bath and patio with fantastic views Unattached pool house has King bedroom 37" plasma tv, dvd, bath small kitchen and living room with flat screen tv and sound system. This is perfect for being close but allowing for that much needed privacy. House has large front porch with swing, parking for up to 5 cars, outside shower and a professional gas grill that will be the envy of anyone who uses it. You can jump into the large heated pool with hot tub or enjoy your very own stroll on the incredible gulf beaches only steps away This beach home offers some of the "FINEST" accommodations that you will find anywhere on the gulf coast.
