  I stayed in this condo for a full week with a group of friends and we had a blast! The condo is newly remodeled and very nice. We comfortably slept 7 people and there was plenty of space to hang out in the living room/kitchen area. The Publix grocery nearby was extremely convenient. We made a few trips to get groceries throughout the week. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner some nights. The beach was literally a walk across the street and was not crowded at all. Plenty of space to choose where to lounge. It did get crowded for the weekend (Memorial Day weekend), but it was fun. A variety of ages were at the beach each day- families with small children along with 20-30 somethings and seniors. The weather was beautiful all week long. We also spent many afternoons at the pool which was a good size and nicely kept. Treasure Island is not far from St. Pete and we were able to easily get to some restaurants and bars in that area. Neighbors we encountered on the grounds were extremely friendly. The owner was very accomodating and easy to work with in setting up our stay. We would definitely choose this place again!

  I loved this condo! We stayed here the week of July and a few days in August and it was just amazing! I loved it so much. We had the best time. I cannot wait to return. Whitney was so great to work with, and they really made sure you were taken care of. The room with 4 bunks was perfect for my family. Thanks Whitney, I look forward to staying again.

  We just returned from a wonderful two weeks in a stunning condo. It has been a while for a family trip but our 3 year old and my parents couldn't have asked for anything else.   Stunning view, beautiful and big condo, quiet neighbourhood, beach just across the street, Publix around the corner. There are also toys in the condo for the kids to play with. The only thing that was not suitable for us was the stairs as we had a little baby with us.....

  Spent a week here with our family and friends. We loved it!! The place is very spacious and location is great. We brought our boat and made use of the docking facilities. We saw manatees and dolphins. We loved that we could walk to the grocery store. The beach is a two minute walk away. Whitney is great to work with. Overall, a great experience. We liked this place and area so much we immediately went online to book it for next year but it was already booked.

  My husband and four kids stayed here for a week and loved this condo. We would rent it again no question. The walk across the street to the beautiful, expansive beach was no problem. A little nightlife was easy to walk to (nothing that should scare families away) as well as a Publix grocery store. The condo is nicely renovated, and very clean and comfortable.

  My husband and I and our kids and my brother and his wife and their kids rented this for a week. The only thing I can say is I never wanted to leave. The place is wonderful and spacious, we never felt crowded and we could easily relax on those days that the weather did not cooperate. The decor is light and bright and so welcoming, they had everything there for us, even toys and a wagon to take to the beach, which was just a matter of walking across the street. Our balcony view was breathtaking and we definately saw our dolphins in the bay on more than one occassion. Our spot on the beach is huge and not in the tourist trap of some of the others, kids could run and play and we never felt like we would lose them in a crowd. A grocery store is right next door as well as a 24 hour walgreens. plenty of restaurants and things to do all within a 20-30 mile radius, we actually went to a place called Crabby Bills (awesome). We ate all our breakfasts at the condo, which has the greatest kitchen, all new appliances (better than mine at home). The owners are wonderful and made you feel like friends not just tennants.. I would recommend this place to anyone, and if we get the chance will stay there again.

  The condo is very tastefully renovated - new throughout. If you are looking for a 3 br/2.5 bath, you will be pleasantly surprised. Easy access to beach. Close to stores, restaurants and nightlife. Very nice accommodations!
