Located on a cove of Kings Bay some of the most popular restaurants are walking distance from this adorable home. Kings Bay is famous for the large number of Manatees that winter here. The bay is fed by several springs and stays at a constant 72 degrees all year long. This area is very popular with scuba divers and snorkelers. The bay flows into the Crystal River, which is a well marked river that opens into the Gulf of Mexico. The well known Plantation Golf Resort is located in the heart of Crystal River, whether you just feel like playing 18 holes or feel like participating in the golf school you will enjoy this beautiful course.

  • Wow...What a wonderful place to relax, be quiet, enjoy nature and eat great seafood. We spent 12 days here in February and are returning in March. We are counting the days. This is going to be our home away from home. We thank the owners for opening their home to us.

  • We went in with 6 people, two more joined us for the weekend. The house was great. Pictures do not lie. We loved the view from the windows and from the yard. It is really right on the water. Having been to the area many times (at least 7 times since 2001), this was the best place we have found to stay. We were able to get to the activities that we enjoyed best with no hassles. If we don't add any people to our vacation next year, we will return to this house.

  • Great vacation home. Perfect location and beautiful view. Our family stayed in the home from 4/7/08 - 4/11/08. We had a great time. Docking our 20' boat was easy too. We look forward to go back later this summer. Would recommend to anyone.

  • This is a WONDERFUL home! Very comfortable and spacious, fully stocked, just bring groceries. There is plenty of room for additional air-beds if necessary. And the view...BIG windows look out to the bay WOW! We watched the manatees and fished right from the backyard. Great restaurants/Tiki bars close by. WE WILL BE BACK!

  • What a nice place this is. Spacious and comfortable for our party of six fiashermen (for eight days). We enjoyed the dai;ly visits of osprey, manatees, herons, etc. The location is quiet with a fine view of the bay. We docked two 17 ft. boats easily. In the evenings, we particularly enjoyed sitting out back, grilling dinner with a cold beer and relaxing with that view. Our group hopes to stay here agiain sometime.

  • This is one of the best houses we have ever rented. It is pet friendly, the view is georgeous. The wildlife is plentiful, and the home is very nice and spacious. Very comfortable. I especially liked the large windows OVER LOOKING THE LAKE,in the LR, DR,& BR. (They go from the ceiling to the floor, clear across each room). GREAT VIEW ! ! ! We liked the area so well, we bought a home on a lake near there. What more can I say ! Thank you for a great time ! Madge S. from Kansas City, Ks.

  • We recently returned from 2 wonderful weeks in your home. Your description did not do justice to the house or the location as it far exceeded our expectations. We found the house in immaculate condition with a good supply of linen and cleaning products for our use. All the appliances were in great shape as were the furnishings. The view is indeed very special. Words can't describe how much we enjoyed our peaceful mornings looking at the still waters and listening to all the wildlife that surrounds the home. The house is in such a great location. Minutes to the Gulf and maybe 2 hours to the Ocean. Numerous springs to snorkle in are literally out the front door. We hope to return again for a few weeks next summer. Until then I hope others can enjoy the house as well as we did.
