Three units in walled garden enclosure. Electric, gas, water, and basic cable TV included. Maid service three days per week and gardener two days a week also included.
* Light, airy, Garden Entrance Apartment #1 has boveda (Mexican vaulted) ceilings in master bedroom. Mexican tiled kitchen, gas/woodburning fireplace in living room. Features large marbled seven-foot oval glass covered dining table and four luxurious matching chairs. The wide windows give generous light, the morning sun just streams in. The patio outside and back terrace afford privacy.
* The Town House Apartment #2 features two floors with a view of and bordering the huge Botanical Garden with its lake, river, and groomed hiking and biking trails.
* The Efficiency Apartment #3 has two patios, one open facing south and one covered facing north.
The Garden Apartment #1 and the Efficiency Apartment #3 can be rented together when available, to provide two couples with excellent accommodations, while cooking and taking meals in Apartment #1 and separate lounging and sleeping quarters. Apartments #2 and #3 can be similarly combined when available.

Damage Deposit covers any long-distance phone charges.
Deposit will be refunded after receipt of Telmex Billing.
