The best part is parking your car and having everything within walking distance with a gorgeous view of the harbor and downtown Charlevoix from your deck high on the bluff of Belvedere Ave. Steps from the recently renovated park and boat facilties. Music in the park all summer and festivals, art fairs etc. almost every week. Stroll the streets with quaint shopping opportinities and excellent dining along Bridge St. Crosses Fish market across the street is a must stop destination for fresh and smoked whitefish,Michigan public beach is about four blocks and Ferry beach on Lake Charlevoix is about a half mile down Belvedere Ave and past the popular Grey Gables Dining and the historic Belvedere Club giving you a feel for the tourist days 100 years ago. The house is a 50's style ranch, with three bedrooms located at one end of house and full bath located in hall before you reach the living/dining area and kitchen. There is another bath in basement with shower toilet and work sink. We tried to equip kitchen with everything you may need, liking to cook ourselves and renting homes for many years we have a pretty good idea. This is the first year we have rented this place and plan on making it our home in the near future, so all the appliances are new. I don't believe there is another house rental overlooking round lake so this is an opportunity to enjoy a special place in Charlevoix that may not be available again gfor a while. As I said befroe it's a three bedroom ranch, neat and clean with everything you need to enjoy a weeks stay in comfort, the location is unique and spectacular and the convenience to all Charlevoix has to offer is truely at your front yard.
